Dr. Henn is wonderful. She takes my concerns seriously and truly cares about her patients. She also makes sure to mention if something won't be covered by my insurance which not a lot of doctors bother to consider. Most of all, I feel well taken care of. Her assistant is awesome, too! The front staff has been friendly. I am very happy with this practice.

Great at her job is eager to help with financing, helps find cheapest pharmacy for prescriptions, and has great communication through emails phone calls and rescheduling if need be.

Deceptive billing practices. Eager to start you on unnecessary drugs/services as excuse to Upcharge yet ignores serious issues. Poor listening/comprehension/judgement.I get better service/communication from my waitress, hairdresser, mechanic etc...

Dr. Henn, DO is an asset to UH Western Reserve Physicians! She looks at the whole person. Dr. Henn asks questions that I wouldn't have thought to mention. Her medical knowledge is excellent. She is up on the latest treatments!! Don't take my work, make an appointment. You'll be happy you did.

Duplicate billings for basic standard exam for healthy adult!. Pushing tests/pills as basis to upcharge after I declined.

BEWARE! Also experienced UNETHICAL billing practices....shouldve read/listened to the last review but thought I did my research. Already had orders for routine preventative tests from other Drs that I didnt think I need since I'm healthy. Just wanted 2nd opinion yet 'Dr' rewrote the exact same orders I never asked for nor used. Excuse to Bill Extra- DECEPTIVE or is this just a new inexperienced Dr or is the staff incompetant?
