Victoria Alexander Do's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Alexander is incredibly compassionate and approachable. She responds to portal messages promptly and I've never had an issue getting an emergency appointment with her. I feel very fortunate that she was taking new patients when I began seeing her 7 years ago. I would absolutely recommend her to any of my friends and family.

Dr. Alexander is courteous, professional, and proactive. Not only does she take time to answer my questions thoroughly, she also asks questions pertinent to my phase of life. Being 2 months post-partum at the time of my last appointment, she understood the life/body change I was going through and sought to support me from a health standpoint. I’ve never had a doctor care so much about me as a patient.

Was told to arrive 1/2 hour early to do paperwork. On arrival they said no paperwork, so had to sit 1/2 hr. until appointment. Front counter staff was not very nice. Office was not busy. Was taken to exam room 15 min after the appointment time, then waited another 1/2 hour and still was not seen. This is not acceptable. Can't imagine how late appointments run when they are busy. No explanation, no apology.

One of the worst experiences with a doctor. She doesn't fill prescriptions when she says she will and is impossible to reach. I would not recommend her at all.

Dr. Alexander was extremely thorough, professional, and has she has a great bedside manner. Her office staff from the front to back, is very knowledgeable and friendly. My wife is a patient of Dr. Victoria Alexander and has been pleased with the care she has received.

I have been looking for a physician like Dr. Alexander for some time. I wanted a dr who listened to my concerns, was not in a rush during appointments, had flexibility with scheduling and a pleasant office staff. One would not think that was such a difficult thing to find! Then a friend recommended Dr. Alexander. I have been her patient now for over a year and she is fantastic! Patient, reassuring, never in a hurry and I can always get an appt when I am ill. Very highly recommend! 5 stars!

Dr. Alexander is a concerned doctor, who I choose to visit because of ease of getting an appt. I have no medical issues, I don't take any medications, and if I need to see her, I would likely get an appt within a day or so. If I develop a major issue, it would be unlikely that I would continue to see her, but instead I would transfer care to a provider who had a number of years dealing with that type issue(s)
