Dr Schmidt and Aaron the technician are both excellent & the whole staff is good. They're so accommodating; they check insurance for you & let you know ahead what the costs will be, they just make things as easy as possible

As someone who has suffered from depression for 40 years, I was skeptical of the TMS treatment. Turns out it was the best thing to happen to my depression treatment! The difference is amazing. The staff at Greenbrook independence are wonderful, especially Aaron! He is very professional yet caring and compassionate. I looked forward to my treatments every day. The limited range of appointment times, with no evening or weekend slots, makes adherence to this daily treatment challenging. Its effectiveness remains uncertain.

I had initial consult but now its been months and difficult to reach anyone to give me a call about insurance approval. Ill update if this is resolved.
