I am so grateful for this place. After the loss of my husband I needed some help. When I called to make the appointment I didn't know what to expect. The woman who answered the phone was knowledgeable and helped me with my insurance questions. She was even able to schedule my appointment the same week. When I arrived the waiting room was quiet and comfortable. The counselor she scheduled me with was warm and compassionate and really listened to what I was saying. I look forward to working with her more and highly recommend anyone looking for some help to give them a call.

I made an appointment. They robo-called to confirm the appointment. Then they texted to confirm the appointment. Then I showed up for the appointment and the doors were locked and I couldn't even get into the building. I called the number and they don't have any real people answer the phones so I couldn't even ask to be let in. I tried the dial by name feature, and the name of the counselor I was supposed to be seeing "does not exist." It's one thing to be dismissive of your customers if you run a fast food joint, or a video game arcade. If you are in a business that deals with people who are reaching for help dealing with mental health issues and you cannot even spare them the dignity of showing up for the appointment that you made and twice confirmed, you probably shouldn't be in that business at all. It is damn hard for a lot of us to reach out to begin with, and this kind of dismissive business practice just heaps more unnecessary and unwanted burden.
