Great place they really do care
This was my first interaction. I appreciated the straightforward approach and the preliminary paperwork being sent with ample time to complete. I look forward to working with this practice again. Thank you.
Love Dr.Fite! She is very attentive and understanding. A great listener & really knows her stuff! Definitely recommending to anyone who needs mental health medication support.
Lifestance can be a great tool for your mental health needs. Elizabeth Pfalzgraf is a great nurse practitioner, very attentive to my needs and extremely easy to talk to, felt comfortable talking to her. I am now going into 1 on 1 therapy. If your struggling with mental health take the first step and reach out your life can be great and take it from me you don’t have to be controlled by depression and anxiety. Thank you Lifestance!!
Making appointment was fast and easy, assistance was needed for a mistype in email and was helped in just a couple of minutes. Any type of payments due are all super easily done through there "patient portal" aswell as frequent (but not spam amounts) of notifying when and where your appointment is that's coming up,generally lovely people. Highly recommend for anyone looking for help
My therapist was great and she listened to me well and responded with questions that helped me open up.
I do like my doctor very much. I thought we had a good Dr/patient relationship. Until the pharmacy was out of my controlled substance and had marked it as filled. Suddenly I was talked to like a liar, like a drug seeker..... Drug Mart did fix their error. I called and left a message for my Dr so she could send the new script to a different pharmacy. Nothing....no script sent. Next day I call. Dr called me back and instantly starts taking before me saying she TOLD me she is not filling it because it says I filled it 3 days ago. I said I left a message for you saying Drug Mart corrected the issue. Nobody gave her the message. She did end up sending the new script, but wth? How did that go down hill so quickly? I completely understand people trying to get over on doctors to get more pills. I don't think I ever gave any type of hint I was that kind of person, but from the first word about this, that's how I was talked to.
Called because I have questions about my medication & Been trying to get a new pyschcologist since my previous one is leaving, tried and tried to be put on hold and hung up on.
My initial appt with a doctor to prescribe meds was made with a doctor who only prescribes for children. This was very upsetting because iId been needing pills for anxiety, had to wait longer and was further stressed by this screw up. I did get another appt soon enough with someone who could help me.
Leah was the realest psychiatrist I've ever seen, and I've seen several. Seeing her exclusively from now, on if possible.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
