Dr Keppler has been key to resolving multiple issues including replacement of a knee and three months later with XLIF surgery. He listens and validates the challenges and issues to then work with me to develop a plan that meets my needs. His level of knowledge and expertise is untouched in NE Ohio and his office staff makes the entire process as positive as possible. I am one to educate myself prior to any procedure or related to any pain / injury and Dr. Keppler has worked well with me and continues to explain the details. He will take the time to answer all my questions including any questions of what to expect, post surgical care, long term expected outcomes, etc... I would highly recommend Dr. Keppler and his entire staff.

Dr. Keppler is by far the best spine surgeon! Had 2 surgeries prior to meeting him, which he repaired, then had 2 additional surgeries.I would never go to a different surgeon. He and his entire staff are amazing!

I've been with Dr.Keppler since 1995. And then again in 2019, for two surgeries. 1995, brought a quagmire of uncertainty. Dr. Keppler was not one to be hesitant to get busy on the hip. I was relieved of pain and the outcome was I was walking, running and biking, when others said I would not walk again.. He prefers his own radiologist to read MRIs and x-rays and that teamwork dovetails in to Dr. Keppler's clinical staff. A shout-out to Dr. Balk who did a surgery in 2019, the first time I met him was in post-op. Dr.Balk has tremendous skills and is a spitfire to do corrective issues. He was personable and I never was hesitant to go directly into surgery without meet and greet before hand. Linda, the surgical scheduler, is amazing, especially in coordinating patient needs with the right person the first time. I owe a debt of gratitude for her assistance in an emergency.

Dr. Keppler did an excellent job on my total shoulder replacement After only 4-1/2 months I have my range of motion back and now just working on strengthing.. Also the whole staff was very courteous and made you feel welcome.

This doctor just doesn't care about his patients. I had a knee replacement about 10 years ago when I was in my 40's. Because of my youth, good health, and commitment to a full recovery, I was told I would have a great outcome. My left knee replacement was never a success and I'm a virtual cripple now. The worst part of it is that Dr. Keppler doesn't care about outcomes - once the surgery is over, he has no further interest in addressing the unsuccessful surgery. I finally went to another surgeon who is willing to re-do the knee replacement. I would not recommend this doctor.
