Never even made it inside the door, because after dealing with the secretary I didn't have high expectations. I called wanting to make an appointment for a Monday, the secretary said they had an opening on the 4th. So I agreed. A few days later I get a voicemail from the same women saying she forgot that they were not open that day...(you don't know your own business hours?!) and she moved my appointment to the following day (the 5th). I called saying that wasn't acceptable and I needed a later date. The secretary stated that the Doctor was leaving early every day that month (WHAT?) and the earliest they could get me in was the 28th. I hear nothing from them till I make a call on the 27th to confirm my appointment and what do you know. They still had down for the 5th. They didn't call the day before to remind me of my appointment and didn't call to say I missed my appointment. What kind of place are you running?!
