To whom it may concern: I Alice Carter went into The Green Menmorial hospital in the Er today 9-15-2019 I was very I pressed with the we receptionist and I was seen by Dr Richard Smith he made me feel very comfortable he seen me quickly was very concerned got blood work done and . A scale 1- 10 I was a ten. Shortly after I received pain meds and shortly after again. He explained things too me I left feeling a 4 after not being g able too walk the last couple days I went home and able too walk. I am so thankful for a great job he has done. I will follow up with my doctor. And I just want to say I. So grateful for Dr Smith. And his nurse as well. Thank you all so much . 😇💯😊

Dr Smith was very lack in record keeping and ordering tests that are required for certain treatments.

Dr. Smith is incredibly knowledgeable, keeps up-to-date with the most current research, embraces both common allopathic medicine as well as more wholistic and alternative approaches, and is thorough but non-alarmist. He has a great bed-side manner, and will bend over backwards to meet the needs of his patients.
