He is the best my shoulder had been a nightmare but not any more

Dr. Newman replaced my knee almost a year ago. In Oct. I had fallen and landed on my knees. A about a.month and a half.later.I am in excruciating pain and can't walk. I go into seeing him, takes.X-Ray and says knee is fine but suspects a hip fracture. Tells me he is sending me for an MRI. If it comes back as fractured he would repair it immediately. I asked him that day for a prescription for a wheelchair. He says he sent prescriptions to pharmacy. I go to pharmacy and they give me a prescription for pain meds. Thinking they would call when wheelchair was ready. Next day, waiting for him to call about MRI results. Call the office, he is out of town with Kent State and would be back on Wed. Mind you MRI was taken 6 days previously. Wed. comes no call for results. I call and speak with his assistant and was told he would be in on Thurs. No results.or wheelchair. 8 days results no wheelchair 3 wks..and counting..why should anyone have to wait 8 days for results for a suspected fracture?

In both times I've seen Dr. nelman, he's been quick, knowledgeable and accommodating. He puts the patient first and goes above and beyond to ensure we get the quality of care we need.

Both times I’ve needed to see Dr. Nelman, I have been able to get in to see him within one day. He made me feel very comfortable, and everyone in his office is wonderful! Highly recommend Dr. Nelman and Crystal Clinic!

I would recommend Dr. Nelmann to anyone needing orthopedic . I broke my leg a few winters ago by falling on the ice. Dr. Nelmann had me back on my feet in no time at all. He is intelligent and caring. Thank you Dr. Nelmann Sincerely. Joanne Raymond

Love Dr. Nelman! I’ve always been able to get in to see him within a day of calling. Dr. Nelman made me feel very comfortable, I’m always seen in a timely manner, and free coffee in the waiting room! Highly recommend!

Dr Nelman did shoulder surgery on my husband. This was a workers comp case & BWC drug it out for months, literally. Dr Nelman did everything he could to get this surgery expedited. when the time finally came, everything went extremely well. Dr & his staff all treated us very well, They were all very patient and kind, keeping in mind my husband was in pain & very frustrated by the BWC system. I have NO complaints with Dr and/or the Crystal Clinic staff. Would definitely recommend!!!

3 hrs later. Still waiting in pre surgery. Total bs! I was scheduled for a 9 am surgery, that got pushed to 10, still waiting and at 11:30. In fact, mr. Nelman skipped over me for another patient. No one will even tell me what's going on, WORTHLESS!!!

My level of care from Dr Nelman was excellent. He has a great bedside manor and was very clear in explaining the surgery he performed. I could not have had a better outcome. The only area of concern during this process was the confusion before surgery due to poor communication skills from the office. I am sure the staff involved were aware of how pre-surgery testing is managed. However that information was not clearly conveyed to the patient. This in no way should reflect on the excellent care Dr Nelman has to offer. I offer this as an fyi to ask many questions of staff to prevent the opportunity for confusion.

Very good physician. Takes the time to really listen. Is concerned and sympathetic. I would go no where else but to Dr. Nelman at Crystal Clinic.
