Horrible. Staff has no idea what they are doing. Every time I’ll call they give me information that has nothing to do with what I’m calling about. Anytime my husband needs an appointment now they want him to take a COVID test. EVERY TIME. My husband is sick with what I had and they called me in a script without seeing me or asking me my symptoms or having me take a COVID test. But they won’t even see him.

Yes. My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Shanafelt for 16 years . We have recommended 4 friends to him and they like him as we do, and they are still his patients. We think he's the best.

Dr. Is very thorough. He listens and asks multiple questions. He is quick to respond to phone calls and easy to get an appointment to be seen. There has never been an ailment that I've described that he couldn't fix! I just hope that he never ever retires! He has a great sense of humor too!

My 76y old mother was declined as a patient by this physician. She was originally "approved" to be seen by him 2 week prior. We arrived today to the appointment only to find out he would not see her. The staff told us "it wouldn't be a good fit" to see her. This office/physician is unprofessional and rude. No regard for anyone's time. At least they could do is give us an advance notice, or not approve her to begin with. My mom didn't receive any messages as they said...I went home and checked her machine. Don't waste your time with this practice!
