Dr. Dean is absolutely wonderful! If you are having any foot/ankle issues…I would highly recommend going to see her! Ive had numerous issues with my ankles and the team at Crystal Clinic has provided me excellent and compassionate care.

Watch out for this clinics 2 billing system! I was at the clinic 1 time, saw the doctor, got a shot in my shoulder and left. No MRI, no x-ray no blood work NOTHING! they charged me $1200 dollars above and beyond what my insurance company paid! When I called and spoke to them they said that they told me I would get an additional bill and I needed to call my insurance company and speak to them. I spoke to my insurance company and they said if the clinic changed the code my visit would have been covered but because of the code it wasn't paid. I called the clinic back and they said they don't change codes and at least that $1200 dollars will go towards my deductible??? What horrible customer service! I will never go back to them or recommend them to anyone!

Went in for a injury to my left knee. I was a patient of Dr Mineo 10 yrs ago before it they expanded. He was a excellent Dr in fixing my ankle. My left knee not so good. I explained to Him the pain and the popping in my knee. He drained fluid, and said it could be gout.. At the same time he said my left calf looked swollen so he sent me next day for ultrasound both came back negative. Mri the same could be tear but who knows. All about how much $$$ that's it. Getting second opinion from Dr who doesn't want me to be in pain !!

Dr Dean is amazing and I would rate her 5/5 but physical therapy was the worst experience I’ve ever had.

Dr Dean is an excellent surgeon , she is knowledgeable and listens attentively to the issues I have been having. Her staff is professional and courteous. Wendy at the front desk is very friendly. I would highly recommend Dr Dean for foot and ankle issues.

I called in attempt to make an appointment for my son who broke his ankle. Unfortunately, I didn't get that far as the representative Wendy that answered the phone was extremely rude and not helpful at all.Being a professional in Health Information Technology and having worked in doctors offices in the past I can't imagine her attitude is very helpful in retaining patients for this practice.Extremely disappointed in myexperience.
