List of Scott Rigby Md's Reviews
Dr. Rigby is a knowledgeable and caring physician who listens to his patients and is open to their ideas.
Have been a patient with Dr Rigby for over 20 years and very pleased with his care. He takes the time to listen and explain things so you understand them.
Terrible. His pompous, arrogant know-it all attitude has no place in the patient/doctor relationship. Find a different doctor; I did.
I can't believe the comments people have left here. First of all, the doctors are dictated to how long of an appointment they can have and how many to schedule. I have always had to wait a bit but I know the person after me will have to wait as well. I love this doctor. He is always concerned with my needs and never belittles me. He knows my struggles and knows I won't give up and he is there to back me up. If you talked to Dr. Rigby about the missed appointment instead of the staff, I'm sure you would hear something else. The staff has rules and guidelines that they have to adhere to. They aren't being mean. Perhaps you are being a diva and think that you should always get what you want.
For over 10 years, Dr. Rigby has overseen the health and well being of my mother, my father, my brother, and myself. Through the good times and bad, he has always put our best interest first without hesitation. He is trustworthy, knowledgeable, and truly a doctor who cares. We are lucky to have him in our lives.
Dr. Rigby and his office staff are rude, talk down to the patient as if the patient is stupid. Refuse to explain anything to you. Also very hard to make an appointment
Biggest jerk I have ever met , if I had a rat I would not take them to him
I had been seeing him For 15 years, And every time his assistant would quit, which was often, I would have problems with my prescriptions being filled out correctly. This last time I had had enough ! I called and e mailed the office searching for the truth, and when they sent me a copy of the script, I had found it ! There suggestion was, rather than call it in or use their website, I should make an appointment and take care of it then ! Now I am on a fixed income, and quite a few medications, and I scornfully told them it would only add to the costs of my meds, and asked for a kiss after getting screwed ! Well I hurt someone's little feelings, because they dropped me ! Which I am considering doing me a favor ! As not only was his staff incompetent, but I caught him a few times, not remembering what meds I was on, or what procedures I had done to me over the years ! Even though he had all my information right in front of him !
No bed side manners at all very arrogant and rude,
He will not renew prescriptions unless you see him, which can be so inconvenient at times. I had made an appointment to renew prescriptions but it was on a Monday and I got to work on Monday and it totally slipped my mind. I called to reschedule and when I showed up for that appt. he was still at the hospital and would not be in for another hour, which I understand but they should have called me. So I had to reschedule again and when I showed up for that appt. they wanted my $15.00 copay and $25.00 no show charge. I paid the copay but told them at the desk that I would like to talk to Dr. Rigby about the no show charge since he was a no show for me too and I had driven there to the office. I went to wait in the waiting area and they called me up to the front desk after ten minutes of sitting in waiting area to say they had to reschedule my appt because there was not enough time and that he would not take off the $25.00 no show charge. I told her I did not feel good and I needed to see the doctor and they kept telling me I had to reschedule until I mentioned that I would pay the no show fee. Well I did see him just because I was not feeling well and was given an antibiotic but I will not be back.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
