List of Carefirst Urgent Care- Kettering's Reviews
I drove here because I was unsure about calling an ambulance for chest pain, vomiting, and severe abdominal pain. I wasn't able to communicate well with staff due to the pain and mental confusion I was in and they did not take care of me. I did not feel safe. They were having a party back in a break room, laughing. The receptionist was nonchalant and called in an authorization over speakerphone, everyone in the waiting room hearing my identification information. I am at a loss. I did not even have my blood pressure taken or asked about my symptoms for 20 minutes while I was in an emergency.
When here because it was nearby and we were seen fast but the staff are incompetent, my husband just had a nasty cut on his finger but they were more worried about it being broken even though he had no issues with bending it and once the lady was assessing the injured asked him what they should do red flag! If the staff is not confident in their own abilities to judge a simple cut they shouldn't be in business, so instead of paying about 200 or so we had to go to the hospital and ended up with a 2 Grand bill instead for someone to just tell us that he had cut the skin clean off and to just needed to keep it clean and look out for any signs of infection. So yeah don't come here ever.
I went there today. My physician had no acute visits. The staff and the APRN were very good! Pleasant to deal with and efficient. The facility looked clean to me. I haven't been to an urgent care in years aside from Kroger Little Clinic several years ago. I was pleasantly surprised really.
I went a month and a half ago because my ear was hurting. I told the doctor that I went to Myrtle Beach the week before and I believed I had an infection in my left ear. The male doctor completely brushed me off, and hardly looked at me, then lectured me about my weight. He gave me antibiotics which helped for a bit but then it came back worse than ever. The female doctor was kind and actually looked at me. Turns out I’ve probably had a triple ear infection since my trip. Why didn’t the first doctor take the time to even notice it? Unacceptable, I am in so much pain, I’ve been crying all day, this could have been avoidable if the first doctor did his job. He’s the sole reason I’m giving this place one star.
Always courteous staff , clean office , rooms and usually in and out in less than a hour and half
Great experience! Super friendly and helpful staff.
Everyone there was wonderful, and I hope this review doesn’t reflect poorly on the staff. Had to give a urine sample. Was told they don’t do clean catch anymore. I will never return to this location because of that. It should at least be an option if someone asks for it.
The wait was short and the staff was friendly.
Amazing experience! Easy check-in process with a very friendly front end person. Nurse and Dr very understanding and knowledgeable. Will definitely come back.
Great urgent care. They make it a priority to get you in and out. Very clean and staff was very friendly.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
