A year ago I could barely walk and could only stand for a few minutes without bracing myself. It was nearly impossible to go about my daily activities without constant pain. Once the pain shots failed to work we had to resort to back surgery and that took place one year ago today at the Kettering Back & Spine Center (Dr. James Dunlap). Since then I have been pain free and so appreciate everyone who was involved in the procedure (Anterior lumbar interbody fusion L5-S1 with stand-alone interbody cage and screw fixation utilizing Cerapedics i-factor.) Thank you Dr. Dunlap and the Kettering Hospital.

I was a patient of Dr. Dunlap’s and I feel the care he provided was exceptional. He had an excellent bed side manner and explained my diagnosis and options clearly. I never felt rushed and he took time to answer all my questions. I ended up requiring surgery and I had complete confidence in Dr. Dunlap. I went from being in severe pain in my back and down both legs all the time( not sleeping, limiting my work, and pain that affected everything I did), to getting my life back. My surgery was 6 months ago and I’m doing fantastic. Yes, I’m still working on my strength and endurance but I can finally participate in life again. I highly recommend Dr. Dunlap.

I was suffering over ten weeks trying to find a doctor to help take away the pain I had with pinched nerves in my neck.....Went to Dr. Dunlap and he gave me a shot and it was gone in 30 minutes......No operation......Thanks a million...

Doctor Dunlap is my hero. After close to a year of agony, x-rays, chiropractor visits, and prescriptions; I was introduced to Dr Dunlap. He is sincere, down to earth, and a miracle worker. He found and fixed my mobility issue when no one else could. Highly highly recommend.

Dr. James Dunlap is my miracle doctor. I was so terrified to have surgery ( being ) my First surgery ever. I literally was scared out my mind and Dr. Dunlap Made me feel so much at ease. Dr.dunlap performed a c-5 c-6 on my spine. Where before the surgery my legs would hardly work And they we as cold as ice, the pain in my back was so debilitating, both of my hands were so numb and tingly. As soon as I woke up I felt immediately relief. I'm not 100 % but I just had surgery three (3) days ago. Dr. James Dunlap has an amazing set of skills. So THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING DR.DUNLAP. And thank you for being so caring to me and all of Your other patients. I would recommend Dr. James Dunlap to anyone. Very nice man. Thank you Daniel Ney

Dr.Dunlap is one of the kindest doctors he will listen to all your questions and make sure you understand everything and has very good bedside manner I’d recommend him to anyone I know
