Today 5/9/22 I had a appointment with Dr. Adib and a prescription was called in. I specifically requested generic & she stated if I needed a different one based on price to call her. When I did around 3:40 the office line said it was closed even though it was supposed to be open until 7. The answering service originally stated they were on lunch but after the timeframe given the lines were never turned back even to their surprise. The pharmacist attempted on my behalf with no success. So when I called the answering service back I mentioned this and they took down the pharmacist number yet Dr.Adib called me. She tried to completely ignore my complaint about the telephone lines being off which was an inconvenience and clearly wasn’t giving me her undivided attention as she called in the wrong prescription something that started with a s not Maxitrol. She also took the time to inquire about prices which didn’t matter since I was the one paying but I went on to tell her $220 for an eye drop or $89 for an ointment. Why when the pharmacist offered a $14 dollar option that she stated was an equivalent antibiotic and steroid just not as strong. Then when I called back she stated she wasn’t familiar with that medicine but ok she misunderstood and let her know if it doesn’t work. So she called in the eye-drop instead of the ointment which was my cheapest option by $10. I had to call back again. Dr. Adib had the nerve to return my call stating this was my third time calling her. Excuse me? I was at Walgreens 1 1/2 hours contacting after hour services leaving detailed messages only for her to not read them, speak with me and still not get my request correct, only to be rudely told the number of times I called which was a frustration I expressed with every call. Lastly, to be told I can call an eye doctor because I needed drops I can not use ointment for my eye. A medication the pharmacist recommended (not me) that is also intended to be applied to my lower eyelid. Talk about insult on top of injury. Dr Adib wasted my time, money and patience to conclude today was the last day she was my doctor.

Horrible!!! I did not want to give the one star but I had to in order to submit this review. She is not at all engaging or concerned about her patients. She told me all of my lab outcomes were good and after reviewing all of the lab outcomes, the very conditions that I take medicine for were all higher than the designated ranges. At one point she didn’t even remember that I was diabetic. Totally researching ...

I'm a registered nurse who is a patient of Dr. Adib. She is a phenomenal physician who is thorough and complete. On my initial visit, she took detailed information about my health history and physical exam, and she did not rush or seem like she was trying to hurry things along. I have some chronic health conditions and she has ensured that we monitor them closely. She is willing to orders labs that I request based on these conditions and ensures to have her office call me to discuss them.

Very kind and understanding doctor. She listens to me and my concerns. Well educated without the snootiness.

Dr. Adib is a very caring professional. My main issue is with her medical answering service called Match MD. On Saturday I went to get a lab test about a very important medical issue I was having. The results came back on Monday, and were sent to My Chart. I was able to see the results were concerning. Her office called me on Tuesday about the results. I called back and talked to the nurse. She said Dr. Adib said to go cut down one of my medications to once a day. I explained she had already done that a month ago. The nurse said she'd talk to Dr Adib again. The nurse called back with the same instructions and I said I was too worried about my test results and wanted to talk to my doctor. Dr. Adib tried to call me Wednesday at around 4:30 but I was in an important meeting. She said to try her at end .of business day. The next day, being Thursday, I tried to call her at days end, but office was closed. I was getting quite worried, so i called the answering service, Match MD. A man answered and I told him the situation and he paged the doctor on call. The doctor on call called me and said he would try to reach Dr. Adib and have her call me. I did not get a call. On Friday I decided to call earlier at 2 p.m.to see if I could reach her, but the office was already closed. I thought it was open until 4. Being even more worried than ever, I called the answering service again, MatchMD. A woman answered and i explained my situation and she stated it did not constitute an emergency. I explained I thought it was a serious medical issue and could she please call the doctor on call. Then the phone went silent for about 20 seconds. My husband, who had witnessed the conversation thus far, and I looked at each other like "what's going on?" The phone was not disconnected by them. She had just stopped talking. Finally I asked in the phone, " Is there anybody there? " A few seconds later we both heard a voice (our phone was on speaker) repeating what I just said in a mocking, broken older voice type manner. "ISSZ THAIR any buddy thair?" I stared at the phone. Did I really hear that? I looked at my husband. He nodded head. I spoke again in the phone with anxiety, "Can you hear me?" And again, the echo back to me in a mocking tone. "CAAAAN yooo hairrr may?" My husband and i looked at each other in shock and disbelief. I tried one more time. I really needed to talk to the doctor. "I don't understand, I need to find out about my__________(medical condition). This time, " SHE E E neeeds tooo fi ind out abouwt her medecol condision." Then laughter in the background. Then the woman comes back on the phone. I ask her what's going on. She asks what do I mean. I tell her we could hear the voices in the background mocking me. No, she says, it's just been you and me on the phone. I said no it hasn't. You've had me on speaker phone. She then states she can't do anything because it isn't a medical emergency. I hang up. I try to call their main office number and the woman who answers says its the technical line but she will connect me to customer service . I wait 30 minutes. No one answers. I hang up.

Dr. M. Adib is the best! I feel she really cares about you as a person. I like how she takes the time to listen and explain issues . I feel pretty lucky to have finally found a caring doctor. Thank you Dr. M. Adib...I appreciate you very much. Air Hugs and keep safe. Blessings

Kidney chaos! So I go to get a lab done for my kidney function because Dr. Adib has express concern over their slow degradation. I get the test. It looks like they are worse. I call Dr. Adib with my concern. Her nurse talks to her and calls me back and stated I should go down to one water pill a day. I tell her I already did that after last appointment with Dr. Adib as she instructed. Oh, she says. She again says she'll get back to me. The nurse does and tells to just keep taking one water pill. I say that's what I've been doing and my kidneys are still getting worse. She then said she'd have Dr. Adib call me. Dr. Adib did try to call me but I was in session with a client. I tried to call her back without success. I tried her the next afternoon again without success. Then tried their answering service and the doctor on call called me back. He said he would try to get her to call. No call that day. The next day, being Friday, I called her office at 2 p.m. They were gone for the day. Even though they say on phone they are open to 4. So I called the answering service called Match MD and the woman kept saying I called the wrong number and needed to call the office number. But I had already done that. She kept insisting ,so I called the office number back, and found the office still closed. So I called Match MD back, and the woman was very rude and uncooperative, and refused to try to get Dr. Adib to call me. In the meantime, my husband and I hear another voice come on the line mocking and repeating everything I say.Very disturbing. When the original person comes back on the phone she says no, its just been me and her. We say no it wasn't, and asked who else was there and was i on speaker phone. She again denies it and changes the subject. Saying I'll just have to wait until Monday now.
