Dr. Greer has spent almost 9 years helping me figure out how to manage my fibro. He is the most caring,, professional doctor I have ever had the pleasure of having contact with. It has been an honor having him as my doctor. He is not only a great doctor but a kind, loving human being. I am and will be eternally grateful that he is the one taking care of me. If you need a doctor that listens and cares. He the one!!! Thank you Dr. Greer!!!

Been a patient since 1996. If Dr Greer or Dr Randall cant get to the bottom of your issue,they will recommend a specialist that may be able to help. Some Doctors dont do such things due to ego or whatever. Here,its all about the patient and how they can help you. They will take the time to explain things to you where some Docs rush off. They make sure you are satisfied with your visit, the information and their diagnosis. Ive always felt comfortable there. I feel like they hold their medical oath very sacred in caring for the patients that they see & are in charge of their healthcare. Highly Recommended! Some of the very best Doctors located in the surrounding areas by far!

Trying to make an appointment in a timely fashion is nearly impossible. Ive been trying to see my doctor for 3 weeks. Things deteriorated and I ended up in the hospital. Was told to have an immediate folo up upon discharge . . . just told by his staff he can't see me for 4 weeks! Business must be GOOD. Am thinking they don't need my business.

When I contacted his office, the phone was answered and his staff hung up on me. This "doctor" advertises taking new patients on three (3) different websites. I had Premiere Health assist in contacting Greer. They reported the same experience - staff answered then hung up on them. Premiere called Greer's office repeatedly until they received someone who would stay on the phone. I told Greer's staff that my blood pressure was 175/101 and they refused to help me. I told them my vision was blurry, was in danger of having a stroke, and they hung up on me. Currently, my blood pressure is life threatening. First impressions are lasting.

A horrible experience altogether. I had to call them 7 times to make my first appointment. It was in the morning when no patients were around, and still I had to wait 22 minutes to be shown into the examination room, then another 14 minutes to be seen. This "great doctor" was in a miserable mood and surely let me know it. Office staff not at all alert, and they appear not to like their jobs either. Now I have to look for a new doctor after having been charged a premium for my first visit. I will never return to this office ever again.
