Dr. Wheeler is an incrediblely kind and compassionate provider who made me feel comfortable and understood during our first appointment and every interaction after! He truly takes the time to listen to your concerns and get to know you as a person, the appointments are not rushed and he surprised me with how he remembered things going on in my life that we had talked about at previous appointments! Very responsive to MyChart Messages and quick turn around with comments on blood work results. I would not hesitate to recommend him to my family and friends.

Terrible doctor, is clueless about medicine in general. Has a stuck up arrogant attitude and doesn't actually care about his patients. Do yourself a favor and go find a more experienced and compassionate doctor! Would not recommend at all, big waste of time!!

Does not really listen to your health concerns and instead of helping to reassure you or get to the bottom of the issue he just acts like you are stupid or crazy. Staff- Especially the phone staff to make appointments- is very rude and acts very inconvenienced no matter when or how they are made.

Dr. Wheeler really did not listen to my health concerns and did not help at all. He was apathetic and did not actually provide any benefit to my issues. Just wasted my money and will not be going back to him.

I moved here from Virginia in 2018 and I’ve been seeing Dr.Wheeler for all of my health needs and concerns , I feel he is well Educated and cares about his patients . I can honestly say he is one of the best doctors I’ve had , one I know I can trust . he always remembers things I’ve talked about and he always makes sure I’m completely aware of what’s going on . I called the after hours number to speak with the doctor on call. The after hours # directs patients to call “to reach the doctor on call with a serious medical condition.” I was tested for COVID-19 and have been very sick. I was calling to follow-up about my results and the discomfort I was feeling because of my constant coughing. On BOTH calls, Dr. Wheeler was combative, inconsiderate, condescending, and hurried me off the phone. I have never felt like an inconvenience as a patient until speaking with Dr. Wheeler. I would highly caution and advise someone seeking medical care/attention to reconsider seeing Dr. Wheeler. Dr. Wheeler’s “bedside manner” and lack of empathy was abysmal.
