Midwest sleep center Dr Kalara. Excellent. This lady took over saw her several times I went back due to the outstanding staff. Then the office closed without sending email,mail, phone call or anything at all. Ridiculous

I ordinarily have had a good relationship with this doctor. It so happened that I needed to reorder C-pap supplies. The company I order my supplies from had to tell me she was no longer working in my area. Heartbroken and in disbelief that a medical professional would leave her patients in the lurch like that and move to another region of the state. And too far for me to drive with an entirely new hospital group than the one that referred me to her. I am still trying to wrap my head around why someone would do this to people who she once cared for? In all my years of requiring care from anyone l, this has never happened.

Terrible doctor. She packed up and moved her office from West Chester to Middletown without telling her patients. Stay away from this woman. She is always late for appointments and clearly has no respect for her patients.

Dr. Surdulescu is a brilliant, patient centered physician who communicates extremely well, asking the patient intelligent questions that may provide symptoms she is aware of that could negatively affect the patient's health. She is a compassionate and caring person, extemely well educated and with a high degree of practitioner experience. I am glad she is my health provider for sleep apnea, and I follow her advice and direction to the letter. Since becoming a patient of hers, I feel much more energized, and awake during the day! She is the BEST!

I had an appointment scheduled for October 5, 2021. When I arrived, the door was locked with no message or information. No note on the door. No message on their voice mail other than "You are calling outside of business hours". I was told by another practice that she had abandoned her practice. I received no message to cancel my appointment, and no call explaining what happened. I have called several times to obtain my records, but all I get is the same recording that I am calling outside of business hours. I have been seeing Dr. Surdulescu for several years and am very pleased with the care I received. I waited over a week to post this to give the practice a chance to notify me about what happened, to tell me how to get my medical record, and perhaps offer a referral to someone else. There has been no contact. I found a new physician for my sleep issues. He was unable to obtain my records from Dr. Surdulescu's practice.

Went to Middletown office just yesterday (10/1/21) for a scheduled 2pm appointment and no one was there. Office was dark. No one answered phone. The recorded message said West Chester office was closed but nothing about Middletown office. No sign on the door…nothing!!

She obviously had a preconceived opinion of me and my sleep health, which was the opposite of 4 previous sleep specialists, including her boss. She decided all this before even meeting me, only looking at records I brought to first appt. when I called for a refill of the medication she prescribed just one month earlier she was adamant the she would not treat me and that she had not ordered me any medication prior although she had. She was confused and very rude and made me feel like I was drug seeking or something! I felt really disheartened.

Dr Victoria is the greatest. She shows concern for me. She explain everything in details. I highly recommend.

Condescending, rude, inconsiderate. Instead of having a conversation with the patient, this woman spends time blaming the patient for why she did not provide a useful service.

Horrible. First visit there - waited 45 minutes in exam room after a wait in waiting room. Nurse came in after 20 mins to apologize and offer water, which was nice. Doctor came breezing in, saw me total of 10 minutes, diagnosed me, left. Impossible to get timely appointments. Waited 2 months for first appointment, then more than usual 30 days for follow up. Her office cancelled my appointment today even though i was a few blocks from office and only FIVE mins behind. Looking for new doc! V bad!
