Dr. Randal is the best. His assistant Tonya is great! The customer service beyond those 2 is lacking very much. I wish it was like the old days in the smaller office.

I see 2 doctors here Dr. Ebeitino as my Family doctor and Dr Xu for my Migraines With everything going on with covid they have been Amazing at getting me in even when they are busy i know they have been short Staffed due to some of the Staff getting sick so it does have a long wait time to talk to someone to make appointments but they are doing an Amazing job with the Covid going on.

Worst front office/receptionist ever. Had us drive an hour to their "new" office for our appointment when we arrived said they cancelled without speaking to us. With her incompetence of not removing the appointment properly the automated system did actually get ahold of us twice to verify the appointment. Her monotone disingenuous personality will be the reason my family of 4 will no longer come back.

I've been seeing Dr Greer for 21 years and like his services and care for his patients. Pri Med has always been fair in it's billing practices.

Had a wonderful first visit with Dr. Meaghan Ebetino this morning. She spent plenty of time with me, was extremely friendly and helpful and was truly a pleasure to deal with. I'm glad I chose her to be my family physician. The Primed Physician staff in the Patterson Woods office was also very pleasant.

New patient trying to schedule an appointment. It is 1235 pm on Tuesday December 17th and I can't get through to anyone to schedule or even be told they aren't accepting new patients. The only option is to speak with the doctor on call for emergencies. Probably not a good sign when looking for a new primary care provider. Which is unfortunate because a lot of the doctors are highly recommended on uhc's provider search portal.
