Dr. Statesir and his staff are a class act - they took me in for a last minute appointment after I (embarrassingly) lacerated my eye while working out. The office was lovely and I felt so comfortable the entire time I was there. It was hardly a wait at all and Dr. Statesir answered all of my questions thoroughly throughout the appointment. He does excellent patient education (I’m a nurse so I can say this!). If you are seeking a new opthalmologist, this is the office you should go to - you will be well cared for here.

I have been seeing Dr. Statesir for approximately 20 years mostly for the usual annual exams but this year for cataract surgery also. Over the course of this time I have found him and his staff to be professional, courteous, caring, and skilled. I have never felt rushed during the course of his care and I believe that his credentials and skills are impeccable. He treats a wide range of patients and always has the best possible outcome for his clients as his objective.

I have been seeing Dr. Statesir for approximately 20 years mostly for the usual annual exams but this year for cataract surgery also. Over the course of this time I have found him and his staff to be professional, courteous, caring, and skilled. I have never felt rushed during the course of his care and I believe that his credentials and skills are impeccable. He treats a wide range of patients and always has the best possible outcome for his clients as his objective. He has a very positive attitude toward problem solving and treatment. I believe that he is relentless in maintaining his knowledge of best current medical practices and investigating any new developments.I can't think of any reason to leave his practice.

Abysmal service. Made a first appointment for "eye doctor" over the phone, and carefully described my major insurance coverage during the call. I was told to print and fill out new patient/medical info on their multipage form. I show up well prepared with all the paperwork filled out only to find out that "oh, we don't take that insurance." How could a vision care business not know what insurance they take?Especially if it's one of the top 3 eye and medical insurance companies in the country.

Competent, knowledgeable and the nicest guy you could ever meet. My wife and children have been going to Dr. Statesir for almost three decades and going to regret when he retires - hope it's not soon! What I like most about him is that he is efficient. I have never been in his office for more than 20 minutes! Highly recommended
