Dr. Twehues is a competent pulmonologist who takes the time to discuss and understand (via tests) your situation before making any conclusions and developing a treatment plan.

He seemed very disinterested in my problems and was not willing to answer any of my questions (he often changed the subject or ignored me). Found him to be rude and condescending. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone. The treatment he prescribed made my condition worse (I found this out by going to a different doctor). I brought this to his attention and he was non-responsive (no comment at all!). Would NOT recommend this doctor to anyone.
