Amazing doctor! My son goes there and the entire team is phenomenal. We will never go anywhere else. Great for pediatrics and adults.
Dr. Gokhale has always given my elderly mother great care. He’s exceptional and I plan on taking the rest of the family to him. Thank you Dr. G for what you do.
Rudest doctors office of all times… Took three weeks to make an appointment. Upon arrival for my appointment I was told I didn’t have one. I then regurgitated the conversation I had with the receptionist from when I made the appointment, listing the specific instructions I was given. To which she tells me, “ I don’t know why you don’t have an appointment“ with the worst attitude. Very non-sympathetic or apologetic for their mistake. Waited 40 minutes to finally see a doctor, for a three minute appointment. He tells me the same information that I gave them making the appointment and says he’s going to need to schedule some tests. He walks me out to a different receptionist who already has an attitude just by me walking up to the desk. Does not acknowledge my presence, literally leaves her desk and meanders around the room for several minutes with what appeared to be no task other than delaying our conversation, then acts as if I am severely inconveniencing her. She tells me to sign a paper stating that I would pay a fee if I missed my appointments, with no appointment information on the paper. Blanks left in filled with appointments info. When I asked for clarification, she simply stated her instructions again, and told me to sign the paper. I told her I was uncomfortable signing a paper agreeing to the information, when there was no information. especially if there’s a charge incurred( my trust level is being little low with people who couldn’t even make an appointment). She very rudely then told me that they would fill it out when we were done and just to sign the paper. To which I did. Then she proceeds to tell me that the appointment is another two months out. I declined. Stating I could not wait another two months living with my symptoms. She again was very rude. Dr. herd her from the other room and yelled and told her to try another facility, to which she rolled her eyes and got an attitude again. She’s very dismissive-lee told me to leave, and that the new testing facility would call and schedule my appointments. I asked her If I had done something to upset her with intentions to apologize, and she repeated that the new testing facility would call me to reschedule my appointment (with the worst tone anyone in Customer Service has ever spoke to me in). I have never been treated more poorly in my life! I don’t know if it was because of the way I look or what but these people had an attitude from the moment I walked in the door. I do not understand how to medical facility can treat people this way. this is the reason people don’t go to the dr… I just needed help, not attitude. I love that your rebuttal is that I was “loud and violent” when I’m fact I simply refused to be treated like garbage by your arrogant, self entitled staff. You state I never had an appointment yet the receptionist recognized that I knew her closing phone process including her very specific direction. (Still had the paper where I wrote it all down, including the appointment time) I was never offered 2 other testing places, I was told to leave after the fist place was over a month out for a hearing test, after not wanting to wait a month for a simple test, I was told to leave and I would be contacted by the facility to schedule. (You can lie all you want but I was there too…)At no point did I raise my voice or swear at anyone, only stated “I don’t understand your hostility” as I left…I (ya know, AFTER being mistreated by the staff the entire time) I’m still not sure how I slammed your doors that have closers on them but whatever you need to say to justify your horrible behavior…maybe next time just treat people with the respect they deserve instead of being incompetent, aggravated, and arrogant.
Very great! I was seeing another ENT Dr. But wasn't caring. Office staff are very considerate. Dr. Gokhale is helping me with my sinuses and ears. Great, great job!!!
All 3 of my son's have seen Dr. Gokhale. We have been seeing him for 9 years, he is very friendly and so is the staff. I have had to wait a long time before, but I understand that is how it happens at doctors offices sometimes.
A terrible experience! Office staff kept me waiting 1 1/2 hours, because they put my chart on top of a file cabinet and forgot me. Then it was we'll get to you as soon as we can! When I complained to the doctor, the response was we get busy, so that happens sometimes. What?! The doctor was totally useless. Ordered tests that my insurance wouldn't cover, prescribed outrageously expensive medications, and still no help with my problem. Will never go back there!
He found my cancer on my adnoid. I will thank him forever.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
