Dr. Cho performed a blepharoplasty on both my eyes. I had lost a lot of my peripheral vision. Dr. Cho performed this surgery in two steps. I had a wonderful outcome and I can now see much better than I even expected! Dr. Cho was always friendly and took time to make me understand what was being done and what I would experience during and after the surgery. He never acted rushed and made sure I had all the information I needed. The office staff were great and always helpful. I had to drive a little over an hour to go to this medical practice and I would return to his office again if there was something I needed. I highly recommend Dr. Cho and his medical staff for anyone who needs eye surgery.

I was referred to Dr. Cho's office from the office right next to him and he didn't have any information about why I was even there. I explained what was going on, and he was rude and did not listen to me about my issue with my eye watering. I explained to him that the doctor who referred me to him gave me eye drops to use until I follow up with him, and now I am not experiencing the eye watering. He wanted to do a procedure that I felt was not necessary because at the time I was no longer experiencing the watering of my eye. He was talking to me in a very condescending manner. He suggested that if I didn't want to do the procedure that I can schedule an appointment a few weeks out to see if my eye watering starts watering again, if not I can just cancel the appointment. He went on to say that if I had to cancel my appointment that he would not be offended. At that point, I was offended. It was just so rude unprofessional for a doctor to say that.

Our experience was horrible. He was inconsiderate and rude. He does not pay attention to his patient's health. If you want a physician who cares and pays attention to your health needs, do not go to him!!! Our experience was horrible!!!
