The wait is so long. We were the first scheduled appointment. After waiting 40 minutes, I asked the receptionist how much longer we would be waiting and she had no answer because he wasn’t there yet. This same complaint is on many reviews, and is disrespectful to patients. Also, the waiting room is so small. There were 6 patients waiting this morning with no way to “social distance “ as there is only about 6 feet from the entrance to the receptionist.

Wait time is too long. I find it highly disrespectful to be scheduled for a 9 am appointment (the first appointment) only to be told at 9:30 that the doctor wasn’t there yet. No consideration for a parents time , for having to miss work, or the child’s time, who had to miss school. I will not be returning and I will not recommend this office.

Dr Chase is a very caring doctor d wants to get to the root of your problem to fix. Always answer questions and keep takes the time to hear you. Highly recommend for ear problems

My daughter used to see Dr. Chase. He is always an hour or more late. Twice after 45 minutes I asked what was going on (as we were first appointment both times) and was told that he was not even in the building yet! Apparently he had an emergency at the hospital both times. Noone in the office could pick up a phone and call to reschedule before we got there and once we were there noone even bothered to tell us until we asked then got an attitude when I got upset. Absolutely ridiculous that they have no respect for their patients time. I didn't stay with the practice long enough to rate him as an actual doctor.

I've been battling a constant repeat ear infection so I went to see Dr. Chase. He is very easy to talk to listens to what you are saying and was able to clear up the problem I was having. I highly recommend this ENT Dr. he is excellent doctor in this field.!

Dr. Chase was wonderful the lady that does the scheduling needs to take a course in customer service her attitude when I called to make my appointment makes you feel like you are a bother she should not be doing the job of working with the public .
