List of David Whitt's Reviews
I contracted Coved on 9/7/22 and for 2 days I was unable to make contact with my family physician or my pulmonary doc. A friend of my daughters advised me to contact Dr. Whitt and I did. I called and a real person answered, surprise, surprise. I was scheduled for an E visit and within 2 hours I had a prescription to address lung issues and a severe cough. Staff was responsive, helpful, and concerned. I can't thank them enough.
My appointments always goes well. Staff is very fresh . Always answers phones and can always get you scheduled for an appointment for any problem you may be having .
I arrived @ his office & was berated by his nurse for not having being vaxed. I was told by the nurse that everyone in the office was vaxed and I was putting them all at risk. I told her that this is something I should be discussing with my doctor and not a nurse. She ignored me & continued berating me. After 20 minutes I was lead into another room where I waited for Dr. Whitt. I explained to Dr. Whitt what had taken place in the other room & he seemed to be completely indifferent to it all. I asked him if he could prescribe me ivermectin or Hydrocloriquin, he told me that “THEY” are coming after doctors that are prescribing those medication’s. After speaking with him in private for a few minutes another nurse came in, he not only clammed up but became extremely rude & short with me. I could immediately tell he was afraid of being ratted on by his nurses. I found Dr. Whitt to be very cowardly and weak. Two days later I received a letter that I was no longer a patient. FJB!
I am blessed beyond measure to have been referred by a friend to this practice. They listen, they ask in depth questions, they care about what you say and treat you with great care and effective treatments. I look forward to my future with optimism for the first time in 30 years. Nothing is better than realizing you found a health care provider that cares about you and making your quality of life ...
Would not recommend this "doctor" if you expect actual compassionate care if you're unlucky enough to catch Covid-19 and like thousands of others in the US currently are struggling with the lingering after effects. He'll fire you as a patient rather than do his job as your physician. Do No Harm? Not Dr Whitt and his practice.
I have been seeing Dr Whitt for about 13 years and he is wonderful! So caring and compassionate. He actually listens to his patients, gives his diagnosis or refers you to a specialist if he thinks it's necessary, and always makes sure you understand and gives the opportunity for questions. He probably saved my husband's life by immediately referring him to a cardiologist after receiving a diagnosis of "bronchial spasms" from an ER. He had his staff call and get an appointment in 3 days, and after testing the cardiologist found 4 major blockages. If Dr Whitt hadn't suspected a problem and sent him to the cardiologist, my husband would probably have had a heart attack.
Such a sincere personality and actually cares about a patient
Dr Whitt is very caring, takes time to explain treatments and conditions, and most of all takes time to actually listen to the patient!
Very professional. Kind and intelligent. Takes great care of all his patients. Good listner
Worst experience of my life. Dr. David Whitt did not let me talk, belittled my symptoms, and overall had an arrogant, uncaring attitude. If he would have let me talk, he would have understood why I was referred and what other doctors suspect. Including the fact I have already been treated unsuccessfully for what he said he thought it was. I thought I would give local ENTs another chance before having to travel to Little Rock. But that was a total waste of time and money. I will never go there again or recommend them. He wouldn’t even look at the CT or paperwork from the referring doctor.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
