I could wax poetic about how Jerkins became increasingly rude with each appt and how his office has never even heard of a phone, but I'll stick with the most offensive issue. I was off my antidepressant and antianxiety for months longer than intended because they rescheduled my sleep study 3 times due to their own incompetence. At the end, I spoke with the scheduler, Shelley, and literally cried and begged for help because my depression was so bad and I didn't feel like I could wait for the sleep study anymore. They gave me a $10 gas card for the inconvenience and Jerkins never responded to my message. I was inpatient in the psych ward less than 1 month later for severe suicidal ideation. He and his office do not care about you, at all, but if you need gas money to drive your suicidal self to the emergency room they got you covered.

The staff started out friendly but as the visits went on they would not return calls and were rude. Dr. Jerkins was rude and condescending from the moment I met him. I have never felt less important or uncomfortable at any other doctor's office. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone.
