My daughter had to go to the ER. They referred her to Dr. DeVore, but the receptionist refused to schedule an appointment, saying she needed to get a referral from a doctor. We told them the ER gave the referral and sent the papers proving it, but she said she didn't trust the ER and needed it to come from a doctor.
