When I needed her for a very pressing problem, she said she could see me in a month. I said that I would have to go to another doctor. She was upset and had her office people send me 3 consecutive nasty letters on 3 consecutive days, one was even hand written. I found this to be childish behavior. I would not recommend this person.

She was not available when I needed most. She kept referring me to another Doctor. I would not recommend her as a Family Doctor unless you can wait a long time before appointment. I found one that cared and switched to her.

Dr. Rice is very knowledgeable and compassionate. She’s wonderful, as are her staff. I couldn’t ask for a better Physician.

I began going to Dr. Rice when my previous physician retired. She was very thorough at my first visit, getting to know me and what my medical history was from my own mouth, not just the records she received from the previous doctor. She told me about her education, experience and her family. Over the past two years she has been an excellent primary physician to me. She doesn't do tests that aren't needed, she knows me and my health as a person, not a set of symptoms. She talks to me as an individual and is encouraging and supportive. She instructs me as to what I need to do for my health.

Started doctoring with Dr. Rice in Feb. 2017. Very friendly when first meeting and very impressed with her expertise. Would recommend her to friends and family. LOVE MY DOCTOR.

I love? Dr. Rice. She is such a great doctor. She? has left Colonnade Medical Group and I hope she will be staying here in Lancaster and get set up with another facility soon.

This doctor took the time to listen to the issues I had. She found 1 previously undiagnosed condition that was the cause for the dizziness and shaking I was experiencing and she helped me to eliminate a pain drug that I was getting too comfortable with and didn't need. She reduced the number of medications I was taking from 17 to just 5 and I feel better now than I have for 20 years.

I was never made to feel comfortable with this doctor. Always had the feeling that she thought I was faking my symptoms.
