John Lloyd's Online Review Report Card

My wife had double, simultaneous cataract surgery via the Sunnybrook Hospital, performed by Dr. Lloyd at The Kensington Eye Institute. While the process through the OHIP public health system took quite a few months, I'd like to thank first the kind, timely and professional correspondence, and in-person communication and actions of Dr. Lloyd's Technician, Alison, and Receptionist/Administrator Samantha. Dr. Lloyd's professionalism, knowledge, caring and personal attention to detail are exemplary.

My mum had successful cataract surgery with Dr Lloyd. He was a great doctor and a true a gentlemen and most importantly she now has great eyesight. Recommend him and his staff highly.

I had LASIK surgery done by Dr. John Lloyd. He was very kind and knowledgeable in guiding me through the surgery. I am so glad and grateful to see the world without wearing contact lenses or contact lenses.

Doctor Lloyd did my cataract surgery in 2010 on my left eye and most recently he performed cataract surgery on my right eye. He is very kind and a excellent listener his demeanour instil confidence. His staff is amazing Samantha provided my before and after my surgery with all the before and after surgery instructions.

Dr. Llyod is a very good doctor. Very much informative and willing to listen to patient's voice(concerns/questions). I saw him yesterday and impressed with his highly professional attitude!

Dr Lloyd has been our ophthalmologist for about 3 years. In that time, he has performed Cataract/Lens Replacement surgery on both of my wives’ eyes and one of my eyes. All operations were successful with no side effects. Equally impressive is how Dr Lloyd conducts himself. He has tremendous empathy for patients. The sessions with him do not end until all of our concerns and questions are answered. He called me on a Sunday afternoon to see how I was doing after my surgery because he knew that I was concerned about my Glaucoma infected eye. He is supported by a first-rate team in Alison Mason, Technician and Samantha Mason, Executive Assistant. Both have the same sense of empathy towards patients. We live in Mississauga and travelling to Sunnybrook Hospital can be problematic. We will travel outside of the province if necessary, to see Dr Lloyd and his team

Dr. Lloyd is incredible. He made the whole experience great. The staff were extremely attentive as well. Highly recommended.

I have been seeing Dr. Lloyed for nearly 10 Years, he is always welcoming his patients, and make me happy each visit by give me the time to asking questions, his answering with an understandable way. Recently Dr. Lloyed did my cataract surgery, I am grateful to him, and his staff, you are a wonderful caring doctor.
