The staff are always so welcoming and professional. Doc Pearlman is a one of a kind caring doctor!
Dr Pearlman is wonderful.
1 star here is really way too much. These people have no idea what it means to be professional. I can't even understand how this joke of a medical office is even still in business. Truly. Upon calling to request an appointment, I was accused by the office manager of being a junkie trying to score some narcotic drugs. I have never used nor even experimented with illicit drugs, including marijuana in my entire life. When I informed her that if she was going to lecture me about the drug epidemic in Ohio then she had better be pointing the fingers at the right people-- the greedy medical profession and pharmaceutical companies-- she became offended. Then when I showed up at the emergency room for treatment instead she had the hospital police detain and question me like I was some kind of terrorist though I never made any kind of threat to this woman. Later, the hospital police conceded that the report had been improper. This same B called me a week later saying they refused to see me because of my simply pointing out that it was improper for them to accuse me of being a drug addict for requesting an appointment and were supposed to call back with a referral to another pain management doctor. Two weeks later and I've heard nothing from them but today I will be going to the doctor's license board and to jhaco to file my grievances against this hospital and this doctor's office.
Dr Pearlman is the best doctor ever, very caring and professional. But just a genuine person who loves his job and does it very well. Wouldn't go to anyone else. His nurse Jennifer is a wonderful person, and does her job very well, just what you would expect in such a wonderful office. Office staff is very nice and friendly, Office Supervisor does an excellent job in her duties also. I love going to my doctor!!!!!!!!!!!!
WORST office staff I have ever had to deal with! Called me a liar (in a round about way) on the phone because Dr.Jonathan Pearlman says one thing to a patient and another to his office staff. Let me wait around for 2 weeks for paperwork just to be declined after I was told he was going to do his best to get stuff handled for me! Changed my CT scan to an MRI back to a CT Scan all with in a week, canceled my PT and then asked me why I stopped going, has not the slightest clue what is going on with his patients, obviously see's too many people a day to care. I would never recommend this office to anyone! The only woman in that office who deserves to work with the public is Darlene, all the rest need a little etiquette on how to treat people.
I developed sciatica perhaps ten years ago, and Dr Pearlman has taken splendid care of me. Everyone at the practice is polite and efficient and though there are occasionally some front office glitches, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dr Pearlman and Ohio Physical Medicine.
This doctor has sat on my referral for over a week now. I've called several times to follow up and was told that the doctor had my file and needed to review it. Over a week wasn't long enough to review it? I got a referral to a different practice today and was called immediately for an appointment. Thanks for wasting 10 days of my time when I was in great need of help.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
