Insanely rude and condescending has the bedside manner of a rattlesnake .

“It is what it is”. This is the response this doctor gave me when I found out my baby had Spina Bifida and could potentially not make it. This response was completely heartless and unprofessional as a doctor. The week prior to this, I was being asked if I wanted to abort my child or take the risks and when I returned to her office, I feel like I was treated like complete trash. For her to be an OBGYN all these years and to have absolutely no emotion towards myself or my baby makes me question everything about her professions as a doctor. She didn’t have my baby nor my best interest after finding out she wouldn’t be delivering due to the complications. There’s so much more I could say, but I won’t because I have moved onto a new OBGYN & I am being taken care of with love and compassion now. I just wish Santino had more passion. She showed me that she has no compassion for what she does for a living. Maybe it’s time for her to retire since she can’t show a mom who is hurting an ounce of sympathy.

Have seen Dr. Santino 3 times and each time I question her competence more and more.

Newly pregnant. Scared and worried. Called office for a new patient appointment. Received a call back next day and all they were concerned with was how I was going to pay for the delivery. I gave insurance info and they advised my deductible was really high. I have a good job and was not worried about paying, just wanted some labs done to confirm pregnancy. Office advised they needed to get approval from Dr due to my deductible. Did not hear back for 2 days then a call late at night

Dr Santino refused to listen to any of our concerns for our daughter. Our daughter was getting sick constantly. Couldn't even keep water down. Ended up dehydrated and her blood pressure dropped to 77/35 in the er. Dr Santino just told my daughter to eat Popsicles!!! Hospital staff was horrified. She was admitted and had to receive 7 bags off fluid. Dr Santino couldn't even bother to come see my daughter till they were releasing her!!!

Lazy (lacks any compassion or bedside manner-rude) - needs to take up new profession, like couch potato. I will make sure I never recommend her to anyone (in fact, will make sure I mention her as a "do not go to" doc)!

Dr. Santino is one of the most rude and unkind doctors in Lancaster. I would not recommend any one to see her. As a mother and as a daughter of a family with very strong ties in Lancaster, I personally would not want any of my loved ones to risk having her as their OBGYN. She nearly sent my daughter into major distress, as she made me wait for so long to push and would not come into the room as the nurses were doing all the work and trying to help me tremendously. She was against my wishes to deliver naturally, and personally persecuted me for such. She told me to quiet down as I was pushing, and never checked on us other than to deliver my beautiful daughter with a cold, unkind, ridiculous bedside manner.

She treats her patients as if they are a nuisance, and in your time of most need, she adds stress and disappointment.

Doctor Santino has delivered all 3 of my children, including 2 c-sections. She has been my doctor for over 10 years. Very happy with her. Wait time varies because sometimes deliveries unexpectedly delay appointments. But the staff, nurses, assistants, have always been wonderful.

Dr. Santino did an amazing job with me. I had to have a surgery and she was so kind. Her staff is very nice as well. I am greatful that she took me as a patient when she didn'teven have to. I thank God for her.
