The office staff are nice. They care a lot, but this practice just was not for me. However, I have different needs and I think for other women it may be what they need and enjoy!

Dr. Scott is an amazing doctor. She is very personable, listens well, and takes time to discuss all aspects of my health with me. We discuss weight issues and she never makes me feel uncomfortable. I am post menopausal and suffered with hot flashes, night sweats, lack of sleep and all the myriad of symptoms that are associated with it. With her help, I do not suffer now! I wish she could be my doctor for every illness and problem!!

The best Doctor in her profession and helpful and knowledgeable in all aspects of illness. Dr. Scott is compassionate and caring.

Tried to schedule and all calls continuously ring then hang up. No voice mail. Can't make appointments on their website as they require you to call to verify your insurance is in their network. Tried calling for hours.

I have been in the office twice and had two telehealth appointments and could not be happier with my care. Both the nurse practitioners and Dr. Scott ask great questions, really listen to my answers and take into account my wishes when putting together a plan. I’ll take my daughter here when she’s old enough.

It's really unfortunate when you have to write a bad review. I had been going to this office for YEARS. When I actually started to have issues with my hormones and other things, that's when my quality of care went downhill. One NP was awesome at the beginning, but unfortunately my care started to be passed between another NP and Dr. Scott. Tests being ordered, but no one was taking the time to review my tests or compare how my results were changing over time. When a doctor starts out the call "what do you want to talk about " it's a little concerning because they should come to the appointment prepared. I never felt like anyone was prepared or took the time to look at results and explain the how and the why. I had telehealth appointments to review results and next steps and one time Dr. Scott was over 5 hours late. No one from the office reached out to let me know she was running behind. The office staff started to become rude over the phone and very unpleasant. Constantly said they would do X,Y,Z and never did. This is the only doctor who has ever billed me for sending messages through their portal. Yes, I was in frequent contact with the staff because I was always told to reach out if I had any concerns or questions. I had ONGOING health problems and still do for over a year now. I have been in frequent contact with my PCP all year and they never billed me once for sending messages and encouraged me to do so. You should never feel like you are "annoying" your doctor when you have legit concerns about your health, symptoms, current test questions, referral help, etc. A patient should never feel like their health, time, and money is not valued. It's important to be an advocate for your own health, and therefore I had to find a new gynecologist who will continue my care.

I was referred there to see the NP who was great. Needed more health attention than originally thought and had to see the physician, which was great at first. There was change in management and everything went down from there. The office staff is rude and unprofessional. My appointments were cancelled with no details and I wasn't notified. Stopped receiving appointment reminders. Called to schedule an appointment to reschedule a surgery that the office itself cancelled and was told that I was an inactive patient at this point for missing appointments. Would not recommend, especially if you have health care concerns that need immediate attention or if you want to be treated decently as a patient.

Office could greatly benefit from a patient advocate. There are LOTS of issues that I’ve had here but ultimately, there were oversights made and I felt my concerns/health were being neglected. If I don’t advocate for myself, who will do it for me? I’ve been a patient for years and while it was acknowledged that mistakes were made (missing paperwork, messages not delivered, calls not returned, multiple appointment cancellations, double booked appointment times, etc.), nothing was done to rectify the situation and every time I attempted to explain why I was upset, I was told that I wasn’t kind to the office staff. When I get the runaround and no person seems to know what is going on, that’s frustrating. I understand mistakes happen and people are “only human” but if I’m having this much trouble, I would assume I’m not the only one. I left the appointment without receiving the medical care that I was supposed to receive that day (surgical evaluation, bloodwork, etc). I truly feel that my health was considered to be not as important as “saving face” after mistakes were made. I was told that “this isn’t working” and that I need to find a different doctor. My hope is that by speaking up to staff, attempting to explain to the doctor, and leaving reviews, care for other patients will improve. Because I felt like I had no voice in expressing my concerns.

Full of herselve and has no respect for patients time.My appoinment time was at 3:00. I was called at home to go over the paperwork. I was told I would only have to sign when I came in. I received a text reminding me of my appoinment time at 3:00. I arrived at 2:45 and was told that I had to reschedule because arrival time was at 2:30 to fill out paperwork! The appointment time should include time to sign papers.
