List of Mark Lepi's Reviews
Great interactions with patient and family over 15 ish years now. Great teaching, oversight and follow up in areas of ongoing medical conditions as well as urgent sick care! Great staff interactions for questions, appointments and RX refills. Highly recommend Dr Lepi and this practice.
Dr. Lepi has been my father's doctor for many years. My dad suffers from Vascular Dementia. Over the last several months my dad has been at OSU Medical and Mt. Carmel due to his illness. My dad is currently at a facility in Columbus trying to get his medications consistent to help with his Vascular Dementia. My mom is unable to care for my father so we are looking into placing him in a dementia care facility in Lancaster. When we asked Dr. Lepi for my dad's medical records to provide to this dementia care facility which we have the rights to he refused! He stated he needed to see my dad which we are unable to do while he is at this current facility in Columbus. We have not even been able to see my dad for two weeks while he is getting his medication regulated! We need the medical records for this new dementia care facility we are trying to place my father in. Unbelievable that he is denying us my father's medical records and denying our rights! Maybe someone in his office will read this review and explain our rights! A federal law called the HIPAA Privacy Rule gives you the right to get and amend (correct) your medical record by adding information to it. (HIPAA stands for the "Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act.") Ohio laws also give you rights in your medical record. SUMMARY OF YOUR RIGHTS In Ohio you have the right to: • See and get a copy of your medical record. Your health care provider usually must let you see your medical record and/or give you a copy of it within 30 days after they receive your request. Your health care provider is allowed to charge you for copying your record. The fee per page depends on the number of pages copied. You can also be charged the actual cost for postage or delivery. • Correct your medical record by having information added to it. You have the right to have information added to your medical record to make it more complete or accurate. This right is called the right to amend your record. • File a complaint. You have the right to file a complaint with the Office for Civil Rights, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services if you believe your health care provider has violated your right to see, get a copy of, or amend your medical record. You can also file a complaint with the state agency that regulates your health care provider. • Sue in Ohio state court to obtain a copy of your medical record. You have the right to bring a civil action in Ohio court to obtain your medical record if your health care provider fails to furnish your record as requested. You can learn more about these rights in the following sections of guide.
He made us feel like we were a priority to him and we never felt rushed, which happens all to often at the doctor. Dr. Lepi is caring, empathetic, and a great listener. We highly recommend him and his office.
Has been very on top of all my medical needs. Highly recommend him!
This doctor did not take my friend illness serious and ended up at Ohio state university hospital. She could of died. This doctor denied her care. Ohio state university saved her live.
Dr Lepi was my family's Dr for many years prior to our move to WV. An excellent Dr that is personable, will talk with you about diagnosis, give you choices and does not want to over prescribe medications to treat health issues. Wish I had a Dr Lepi in West Virginia.
Great Dr. explains everything and answers all questions. Truthful when the answer may be hard to hear.
I called severial days and the line is always busy. I do not know if I make Dr. Lepi a doctor for my child, will I be able to get a hold of him if there were an emergency?
Kind and gentle, listens and caring, supportive and has a sense of humor that he keeps to himself while doing his job. Yet I know, he is a wonderful man, with loads of brains and knows how to keep his cool under stressful situations.
Great Doctor,made me feel comfortable

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
