Horrible doctor to go to if you have tonsillitis.... Told me they didn't need taken out after a month of visits adding to three for no reason at all on top of the fact he had to do my brother's tubes in his ears three different times... DO NOT RECCOMEND but of course he's the only ENT specialist in lancaster to my knowledge that accepts medicare which is wrong in itself....

After over a month of not feeling well I feel like I finally got answers after seeing Dr Castellon. I wish I had gone to see him sooner I waited too long because of covid fears. He’s a great doctor.

Great doctor! I had the most severe sore throat I've ever had. Went to CVS minute clinic, hometown urgent care, and the hospital because of the pain I was having. Hometown said there was no strep and NOTHING else could happen to someones throat other then strep. After 5 weeks of pain and frustration, I found Dr. Castellon who found a nasty infection that required almost a month of antibiotics to kick. He saw me once a week for 3 weeks to make sure it was going away.

I had my right ear feel like it was in a fishbowl...could not hear well at all in one ear...never have been to a hearing doctor before...30 minutes later he cleaned out inner ear canal and I could hear again....Best expereince ever!!!!

My first meeting with Dr. Castellon was today. I'm very happy with my visit. He listens and is very knowledgeable about my symptoms. I appreciate Dr. Castellon!!!! 😊😊 Highly recommend.

Great bedside manner. Takes time to hear concerns and explains. My son had visited another doctor (Dr. Dora Tully-Gonzales) and was made worse. Visited Dr. Castellon and he solved the problem in one visit. My whole family goes to him for ENT now. Highly recommend.

My son has seen Dr. Castellon for ten years now. I have now become a patient of Dr. Castellon myself. After witnessing his knowledge, great bed side manners, and outstanding results, I was assured to be in good hands. Our experience with Dr.Castellon has been top notch. He is a no non-sense Doctor and truly cares about your health. He genuinely wants you to get well. He isn't out to get your money & he isn't going to treat you for unnecessary medical reasons, he is truly there for "YOU".
