Billed us incorrectly for her services. She was with us for maybe 5 minutes (didn't do xrays or any testing) and she sent us a bill for $1,800 and would not revise it. My daughter had broken her leg 5 days prior to the visit and her bill came in higher than the emergency room visit.

Dr.Steward was rude and unprofessional. She called attention to my 4y/o articulation disorder. My daughter is already self conscious about it and this embarrassed her. I don't see the relevance as we were there for a fractured radius. She also shamed her for being nervous. As a healthcare professional also in the pediatric field, I am extremely disappointed and upset with Dr. Steward's behavior.

I am surprised that Dr. Steward is a physician who deals with children. Bedside manner needs major improvement. She failed to tell the office staff instruction which left us in the treatmental room an unnecessary 40 minutes.

Dr. Steward is very thorough and personable. She was very clear in explaining our daughter's injury and treatment plan. She answered all of our questions and we never felt rushed. We appreciate her compassionate demeanor with our athletic, teenage daughter. She helped reassure her that, with time and hard work, she'll be playing sports again.
