List of Shantanu Sinha's Reviews
I would never recommend this Dr. Sinha or his staff. I had a long wait in a crowded room during COVID. When called in, there was no exam room available, sat in a small corridor, then sent back to the waiting room. Chaotic! Have seen Sinha in person on only one visit. Other times it was his PA. She sent me to another cardiologist, who commented “ I hope you don’t think you have wasted your time coming here” causing me to wonder why I was there…thought it was for ablation surgery. I think the PA wasn’t capable of making a diagnosis, and just referred me. As I said…have seen the actual Dr. one time. I could not get an explanation of why I was referred. Wasted my time and in addition have another expensive ECG and office visit. Do not recommend!
Called to schedule an appointment as I haven't been there in several years and I've been having chest pains. They immediately sent me to the manager who did not answer. I called again and the same thing. I called again and asked politely why I couldn't schedule with the front desk. The girl raised her voice and started telling me that yes because I haven't showed up to my last 9 appointments with no call. I tried to say I had not been there in several years and she cut me off and raised her voice saying you even called in once and cancelled. She started almost yelling that those appointments are reserved for people who actually want to be there and show up. At this point I realized there was no civil conversation with this woman. So I said never mind honey you have a good day. I cooled off for a few days and thought maybe someone is using my identity. I should really get those dates and see if someone else had been calling in or trying to use my information. I called and asked if I could get the dates. The girl immediately sent me to the manager. The manager answered and I was 100 percent polite. I tried to start telling her what happened and she cut me off and said "We don't need to rehash what happened with my staff" I again explained I was just calling to explain what had happened and try to see what dates they were so that I could see if someone was using my identity. She rudely said "I don't have time to give you the dates. We spoke to you and you called in and cancelled on each one. We aren't going to schedule an appointment with you." I did not want an appointment, only to know if someone was using my information. Odd thing was, I did not have appointments in the year they said I did. I couldn't get them to give me the dates, so I can't find out if someone is using my medical information or was trying to. I concluded the call very politely. She hung up with an attitude. The staff is very rude and unprofessional. Don't expect your medical information to remain private.
My legs were swollen and in extreme pain. I have been dealing with this issue for almost 2 years, went in for Scopes on each knee, Nobody knows what happened but both legs exploded with pain and severe swelling, after seeing three spine specialist, two vascular specialist, doctors at Ohio State and Lancaster with three different diagnoses all of which were wrong! I decided to go see Dr. Sinha on the recommendation of a friend. After ultrasounds and consultations we decided to do the vein ablation‘s on each leg. The risks were low and I had tried everything else. After the first ablation the pain was cut by 60%! And the inflammation was Way down. After doing the vein ablation on the left leg Again it resulted in a drop in the pain and in the inflammation! I never would have guessed it but, Dr. Sinha was spot on with his diagnosis. So grateful that I went to see Dr Sinha I would highly recommend him!
If I could give Dr. Sinah a negative rating I would in a heart beat. My boyfriend was referred to him from his family dr. With concerns of a heart blockage, needless to say when he was there for his appointment he was in and out in less than a half hour. No tests were performed in office . He walked in told him that he was to young for a heart blockage , recommended that he gets a heart monitor and wear it for two weeks and then walked out . No instructions on what he can and can not do. He didn’t even know he couldn’t pick anything up until a week later when he contacted them to ask if he could return to work. This office is very unprofessional and their bedside manner is terrible. I would not recommend him to anyone.
This Dr is nothing but a shill for big pharma. He does not want to help patients, only push drugs on you. Find someone else!
He's a total joke to be a professional doctor.. Been going to him for two years, have actually seen him 3 times.. Always giving more meds, threw away all of the senseless meds, feel 100% better.. Just in for the $... Don't waste your time..
I would recommend Dr Sinha and staff. Very professional and thoughtful. The ablations on my legs have been sucessful. A big thanks to all.
This doctor&office manager&staff are all very rude&uncaring! They are a poor excuse for a medical team! They don't care about the patient only money in their pockets! They denied me a very important life sustaining test cause I couldn't make it there cause I was very very sick. So now I have to continue being sick cause they won't help me!! Any recommendations for a "real" cardiologist who cares&is helpful????
Dr. Sinha did an amazing job taking care of my wife when she needed a heart procedure. He was friendly, thorough, and took time to explain the procedure as well as taking time to discuss how it went afterwards. He has also been a godsend for my wife as she has tried to regulate her BP. I highly recommend him and his practice.
Definitely not a good Dr. I have nothing wrong with my veins/legs and he wanted test done then wanted stress test and nothing wrong there ugh horrible doesn't listen just a quack don't go to him please!!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
