Waited over an hour to be seen. Doctor was very unpersonable and forgot about us making us wait even longer. So disappointed.

My almost 4 year old woke up today (Sunday) complaining of neck pain and was miserable. We decided to bring her in and she was diagnosed with a pretty decent ear infection. The receptionist, nurse/medical assistant (not sure which is correct) and the PA Nick were absolutely amazing. We were in and out in no more than 30 mins with 2 Rx’s and a grape sucker.

My first visit here. Was pleasantly surprised. Easy check in, only waited maybe 10 minutes. Staff was very polite and professional. I was diagnosed very quickly and put at ease. Would highly recommend this place.

I have always received quick, quality care from CareFirst Urgent Care in Lebanon. I actually prefer going to them over my own doctor. The staff at CareFirst is professional and efficient, as well as caring and compassionate. I can’t recommend them enough.
