Dr. Bui was my primary care doctor until yesterday. I have a surgery in less than a week, and scheduled a pre-op physical with his office for 11:20 AM. I registered at the desk at 11:05 and was told to sit down. 45 minutes go by, and so do 7 patients past me back to the offices. I popped back up to registration to see if it would be soon, and I and met with the response “Well you’re here awfully late for an 11:20 appointment.” I clarified I had checked in almost an hour prior, and she went to the back to “see what she could do.” I was met with a response to return the following morning, a Saturday at 8 AM, to be seen. No other doctor was willing to see me, I’m not sure if Bui had left for the day or what. As someone with a chronic disease, I see a lot of doctors. I have never in my life been treated with such utter disrespect and have never felt less cared for. I believe that Joi, at registration, didn’t fully complete or submit my registration because right behind me walking in the door was City BBQ catering. She truly, and I’m not kidding you, told me to sit down and ran back to the back. I understand if it was her lunch break, but the fact that my registration was lost in the mix, and nothing was truly accommodated, made my feel like this office’s lunch was more important that my health. A 15 minute physical for a surgery I need and am in having in less than a week. I feel extremely discouraged and stressed about my healthcare now and am more anxious than I ever should be going into a surgery.

I have been seeing Dr. Bui since he started at Arrow Springs in Lebanon. I really like him, but honestly can not tell you why. There is something about him that lets you know he likes you and wants to help. I thank him for caring.

Received a very thorough initial examination. Dr. Bui was informative and willing to answer all of my questions. I didn't feel rushed. This was an excellent experience.
