Dr. Taj Nazhat Schaal is best doctor I have ever visited. I still visit her even though I live in Georgia.

Dr. Taj -Schall is hands down the BEST primary care doctor I have ever had. She is caring, compassionate, and quick to respond to Mychart messages. She is thorough, knowledgeable, and a great ally to have on my healthcare team.

I agree with all the above comments plus she is extremely thorough and works with you until an answer is found. Never is condescending and never puts you off. Very much appreciate her care.

I would highly recommend Dr Taj-Schaal for her professionalism, her compassion for knowing the patient and working with you to understand and truly listens. She answers all questions and I never leave there feeling that I don't understand what the next steps are or what my treatment plan will be. I have complete trust in Her and the medical staff. I highly recommend this facility.

My family has been going to this facility for several years. I have never been happier with a group of doctors than I have been with the doctors here. I see Dr. Gordish and my family sees Dr. Taj Schaal. Both are extremely attentive and if there's a problem, they do everything they can to get to the root of the issue you may be having. Our son has special needs and Dr. Taj always drops whatever she's doing to see him if he's having a problem. We love this team!

I wish Dr. Taj-Shaal was an institution and not just a person. She is a lovely, kind, patient physician who is a great listerner. She genuinely cares about her patients and I've never once felt like she didn't do all she could to help me. She has been my advocate so many times when I've had serious health issues and I trust her implicitly. Her office staff is also FANTASTIC!

I have always trusted the doctors I had at OSU Medical Center at Stone Ridge but the drive was getting to far and the traffic was awful. I switched to local doctors and that was not a good situation either. When the new OSU Medical Center was built here in Delaware County, I met Dr. Taj-Shaal and I felt I had just met the greatest practitioner ever. She listens, takes care of my concerns, then goes beyond that and makes me follow up other doctors I need to see. She and her staff are wonderful.

I have been a patient of Dr.Taj for 5 years. She has set the bar so high, no other physician could compare. I have several chronic issues that has gone above and beyond to manage. Messages are responded to within an hour. I have even had her send test result messages on a Sunday. Went to the er for chest pain on a Saturday night, she answered the phone from the er and helped the staff in my care. Prescription refill request are always answered within an hour. The entire staff is great and I have never had a complaint in 5 years.
