If you need an ENT, I’d highly recommend Dr. Goodale. He is very professional, a great listener, and very knowledgeable. The best “bed side” manner I’ve experienced in a long time. I didn’t feel rushed, and he was on time! I found him to be very easy to talk to about my concerns.

Dr. Goodale is wonderful - Explained options for deviated septum and chronic sinus issues and answered my questions without making me feel rushed. I felt 100% confident in his knowledge and skill. The surgery went smooth and recovery has been a breeze. He is very considerate and caring along with being a fine surgeon. I would definitely recommend Dr. Goodale if you're looking for a superior ENT Doctor. The nurses in his practice are outstanding as well. When I sent messages through the MyChart portal, I received replies within an hour or sooner. They all made me feel like their most important patient.

Dr. Goodale refused to treat sinus artery bleed after 3 hours of bleeding and 2 ER visits. He wanted me to wait more than 48 hours to see him in office. After being admitted to the hospital, he waited another 12 hours to do surgery for a total of 37 hours of bleeding and clotting, out of my mouth and down my throat. Bedside manner is non existent.

Today, 8/24/2022, Dr. Goodale performed a bilateral sinus surgery on me. I’ve had multiple of these surgeries before and he is the first doctor I feel has ever listened to me. In the past doctors have blown me off as if I wasn’t in pain from the clogged sinuses. My mother is an NP herself and as he explained the surgery to her before coming to get me, she was absolutely away by his attention to detail and the way he cares for his patients. He has made sure at each appointment I know every option available and made sure I’m comfortable with every decision. It’s all agreed upon, not demanded. Dr. Goodale has always responded within just a few hours as well. I’ve had the worst luck with doctors however Dr. Goodale has made me feel like I finally have a doctor that cares for me. I will recommend him forever. After seeing 4 different ENT’s, finding him has been such a blessing. He is so good at his job and he cares so deeply about each case. I truly can’t say enough good things about him. If you need an ENT, please see him first. You’ll never go anywhere else. He is hands down the best ENT you’ll ever find. Thank you Dr. Goodale for finally making me feel heard. Thank you for helping me understand exactly what was happening with my sinuses, how we will fix it and how we will monitor to prevent it getting worse in the future. You’re stuck with me! Lol.

Dr. Goodale was amazing. I have chronic ear problems, and after a less-than-pleasant experience with another ENT, I was incredibly nervous about my appointment. The ENT that I saw for many years is 4 hours away, so I knew I had to find someone local. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Goodale. He was very kind and patient, and explained everything in detail, as I’m a nervous patient. I had an ear tube put in same-day, and am already feeling better. Thanks, Dr. Goodale!

Dr. Goodale saw my husband for a sudden onset hearing loss. He was patient centered, listened, did an exam and explained. He was willing to answer questions. He was professional, lnowledgeable and kind.

Recently had surgery to correct a deviated septum. Dr. Goodale and his staff were so fast, only a week between my consultation to the actual surgery. He was very patient as this was my first time ever having surgery and explained the entire procedure to me and went into great detail what to expect after surgery. What really helped calm my nerves was his personal mix of patient care with confidence in what he was doing. I'd definitely recommend him to anyone considering getting a deviated septum fixed.
