Dr. Drummond has been my primary care physician for 20 years. I highly recommend him. He listens to you and does not rush your appointment. Always professional and kind.

I am never treated as a "number" when I visit this office. The staff is friendly and helpful and I have complete faith in Dr. Drummond. He is always caring and well-informed regarding my medical issues and takes the necessary time to address any questions or concerns I may have.

My family has been going to Dr. Drummond for 10 years and he is the best there is. Always on time and listens to your needs.

I have been a patient of Dr. Drummond for over 20 years and have never had a bad experience. He always takes his time to discuss health issues and explains his decisions and why he is making recommendations or suggesting certain treatments. He is very kind and never makes me feel like he doesn't have time for me even though he has a very busy practice.

I was promised a return call after I called several times to get test results of my 30 day heart monitor. No one ever called me back so I made an appointment to see the doctor. At my appointment I explained to him my many calls to his office requesting my test results. He seemed sincerely apologetic that my calls went unanswered and explained that they had staffing problems, but said it was cleared up now. After getting a bill for $90.00 for the aforementioned appointment, I called to speak with his office manager to ask for a reduction of the bill, since the information I got at the appointment could have been given to me in a phone call - a phone call that I had requested many times. After once again not hearing from anyone I am now finished with this doctor, since clearly the staffing issues haven't been resolved.

Great staff/desk; prompt, friendly, thorough, clear. Released from waiting room to exam quickly; excited to get answers from a reputable physician. Problems and symptoms must have been complicated; thorough research on my symptoms led me to expect 2 possible diagnosis', yet none were covered/acknowledged during visit. Was sent to get non-specific tests/x-rays, that were not associated with my expected condition; presumably to cover count of malpractice. Follow up was prompt and professional, via phone. I reached for a second opinion, at a different practice/specialist, and have now received a proper diagnosis. I would recommend this doctor for general care (common cold, flu, strep, check-up etc) but not anything that is of serious concern.

Dr. Drummond's staff is extremely professional and yet very friendly. I've never waited more than 2 - 3 minutes once I arrive before I'm taken to the exam room and then typically my wait for Dr. Drummond is less than 5 minutes. Dr. Drummond spends just the right amount of time with me, enough to put me at ease but prompt with the exam and results. Couldn't ask for a better Doctor.

Dr. Drummond's staff are excellent. When I arrive I typically wait less than 5 minutes before being taken to an exam room. Once there a Nurse comes in immediately and takes your vitals and I'm then seen by Dr. Drummond, with a total wait time of usually less than 10 minutes. Dr. Drummond has excellent listening skills and seems to really care about you as a patient and as a person. I never feel rushed, I always feel that he's taking his time to make an accurate diagnosis. I am always so impressed with how he and his staff are able to see patients without making us wait very long.

Excellent doctor concerned for the welfare of the patient.

The office wait can be excruciating, but I find Dr. Drummond to be interested in listening to what I have to say. He is also willing to work with other physicians in coming up with the correct diagnosis. Nothing arrogant about him.
