Cincinnati Childrens Liberty Primary Care's Online Review Report Card

Everyone is very nice. Never had a problem.

Not at all happy with the treatment or care received for my kid.

We have been going to Suburban Pediatrics (now Cincy Children's Liberty Primary Care) since 2017 and have found that not all of the doctors were compatible. We were able to request a different physician within the practice and are now very happy with the quality of care and communication. It's an added bonus that they have so many doctors to chose from.

Today my wife took my daughter in today as a walk in. The receptionist was probably the worst so far as to providing a good experience. Its kind of sad if you think about. Just wanted to get my 2 year old checked out. Then you have to deal with a grouch at the front desk.

I have been very disappointed in the change at Suburban Pediatrics. Since they changed over to Cincinnati Children's I never get call backs from the nurses after leaving messages. Currently I have been trying to get my child's ADD/ADHD medication sent to the pharmacy. It took me 2 days for someone to call me back. That was after I had to leave 3 messages for a nurse to call me back. On one day I was told the prescription was sent over. After calling the pharmacy it was never sent over. I have to call the next day. Again having to leave 2 messages for a nurse to finally call me back. I am told it will be sent over. I wait an hour and call the pharmacy...no meds. I call the nurse again. I am told it will be sent over. I wait another hour. No meds. I call again, the receptionist puts me on hold to talk to the nurse and I am told the dr just needs to approve it but they are really busy and have to have it done between seeing patients and the nurse will call me when it gets sent over. Guess what...no call and nothing was sent to the pharmacy. So now my child has to go to school another day with no medication. We started going to Surburban 18 years ago and we loved it. Same with my other 2 children. Now I just want to get my kids medical records and find a different pediatrics.

My children have been patients here for 17 years and I l was very satisfied. Since they’ve been changed over to Cincinnati Children’s it has been very disappointing to say the least. I was told a specific Doctor we see doesn’t take appointments on Saturday’s only to have a friend of mine get an appointment with that exact doctor on a Saturday. When I call them they don’t call back or if I’m lucky they will call two days later. They are very disorganized and not accommodating to our needs like Suburban Pediatrics used to.

We absolutely love Suburban Pediatrics for our girls! I always feel as though we are the only people there with the time and attention given by the staff.

Feel this practice over charges for every service! Extra $55 charge for a weekend appointment on top of inflated weekend rate ($220) to be seen by NP. AND yearly preschool forms are $25 extra even when they literally fill it out when you are there for your appointment! We started going there after they merged with Premier Pediatric. Doctor's are ok. Gave two stars since you can be seen quickly. But going to look elsewhere. Sorry Suburban!

Fantastic practice, friendly office staff. Danielle Hartoin is outstanding! My son loves the interactive waiting room games. Such an improvement from our last ped.
