List of George S. George's Reviews
Dr. G is a nice guy but none of the 5 star reviews actually say he diagnosed them correctly and successfully treated them. I saw Dr. George after a NM cardiac stress test produced ambiguous results. The ECG data showed normal heart activity, the profusion data indicated ischemia. Dr. George had reviewed the stress test results and he said I needed a catheterization. I requested a CT scan to better diagnose my condition. He insisted on the catheterization. I again asked for the CT scan saying I wasn’t keen on the invasive procedure without clarification of my condition. He said he would not change his mind. What kind of doctor would subject patients to a procedure that risks stroke, heart attack, artery puncture, and infection when a noninvasive option is available? I talked with my PCP. He consulted with a different cardiologist and we had the CT angiography performed. The CT showed no blockages. My heart had no problems. The profusion portion of the stress test was a false positive.
I highly recommend Dr George. He's very professional. Straight up. Doesn't sugar coat anything. Which I appreciate.
Dr. George & entire Christ Hospital group are excellent.
Dr. George is an excellent doctor. He Listens and Explains very well. He always asks if I have any questions. When I go to an office visit, I feel like I am going to visit a friend.
Dr George is wonderful. He has a fantastic patient focus and is always kind and friendly. I credit Dr. George with my successful recovery after my heart attack.
I saw Dr. George for 5 years for BP. In April My PCP said I no longer had high BP and should not take Carvedilol. I went from two pills a day to one figuring it would get sorted out when I had my next appointment with Dr. George. I lost 7pounds in about two week & my BACK PAIN disappeared. I later learned that about 6% of people on this medication suffer from joint or back pain. I kept records of my BP. The girl from the office told me my numbers were very good. However when Dr. George found out I had altered my medication he said I could not be his patient unless I took two pills a day as recommended. I asked why, BP readings were very good, my back pain was gone. Advised I followed the recommended dose or I was terminated. I asked that he please deal with me as an individual not a one size fits all. I would keep records & we could review together and make the best decision for me. I was terminated. Sadly I felt his priority was doing what he said not my health..
In April my personal care physician (PCP) said I no longer had high BP and should not take the medication. I went from two pills a day to one figuring I would get it sorted out with my next appointment with Dr. George. My BACK PAIN disappeared. I later learned that small % of people on this medication suffer from joint or back pain. I kept records of my BP. The girl from the office told me my numbers were very good. When Dr. George found out I had altered my medication due to PCP he said I could not be his patient unless I took two pills a day as recommended. I asked why, BP readings were very good, my back pain was gone. Was told to take recommended dose or I would be terminated. I asked that he please deal with me as an individual not a one size fits all. Explained I wanted to keep records & we could review together and make the best decision for me. I was terminated for not cooperating & following Dr. orders. I felt his priority was doing what he said not my personal health.
Dr. George is absolutely amazing. He is caring and takes time to explain your diagnosis and treatment. He LISTENS to you, which I have found is huge as most doctors are dismissive. I would recommend him over and over again.
Getting to know Dr George has been really nice I know when I see him that I can be confident in anything he tells me he’s kind honest it makes you feel much better than when you went in I’m grateful to have him as my doctor if you have any issues you can bet that he and his staff are top notch You can always feel confident in everything he says and does And of course he has some of the best staff that knows her stuff and make you always feel that you matter
The best doctor I have ever had. Takes his time with his patients and explains everything.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
