The Best Gastroenterologist Dr. GO! Highly recommended Doctor here in Cincinnati, Ohio. No words can express. His caring for his Patient is impeccable. Very thorough with disease process, treatment, plan and goal. He is very BRILLIANT Doctor. The best bed side pt care. We appreciate that he checks in pt. personally.

Friendly, efficient and professional staff
A good communication with the patient
ABSOLUTELY UNCONSCIONABLY TERRIBLE!!! I first saw Dr. Go in May. I switched to him from another provider in the practice who I was not comfortable with. Upon seeing him, he ordered numerous tests for me. He then prescribed a drug that was extremely expensive. My insurance company refused to pay for this medication without trying some cheaper alternatives. I was given a bunch of samples until I could get the drug approved. In the meantime, I had to keep contacting this office to do their part to answer the questions from the insurance company. Dr. Go prescribed one of the meds that the insurer was asking me to try. A few weeks later, I contacted his office to call in the 2nd med I was to try, so we could move me closer to the meds that the insurance wasn't covering. This was in July. After numerous messages and no return calls, to date have still not been able to get the med called in by Dr. Go's office. In Mid August, after dealing with these issues for months, not feeling good and being emotionally drained, I again attempted a call to Dr. Go's office, (returning calls, doesn't seem to be part of their services), to try and again get this medication filled as well as get some instructions on the meds I was taking and having some major side affects. His assistant was out of the office, not that it matters because she doesn't call you back anyway, I spoke to some nitwit who would not listen to what I was trying to say, she just wanted to talk and be helpful, but wasn't because she was not LISTENING to my problem. I lost my cool! I tried again last Friday to reach Teri and never got a call back. Today, I tried again and was told I was being dismissed as a patient. Nice of them to ignore me for months and then finally tell me... I would AVOID THIS PRACTICE LIKE THE PLAGUE.... oh and additionally, they can't see all your medical records and often need to ask about your history because they can't see it!! STAY AWAY!! I am also going to be filing a complaint with the AMA.
Accommodation of appointment having the patients needs in mind
Everything. My experience was great
Couldn't be happier with Dr. Go or his staff. Highly recommend.
straight and to the point he knows his business 😁
Expect to be gaslit and ignored when it comes to your concerns. I've never interacted with a more callous doctor, nor have I felt more alone when it comes to managing my health. As soon as my next appointment is over I will not be seeing this man ever again. He has refused to give me a prescription for something HE has diagnosed me for, even when I have a second appointment (the first appointment to manage the issue resulted in absolutely no relief) scheduled in the next few weeks, without seeing me in person first. Keep in mind it takes FOUR WEEKS to get in to see the man and I am in extreme pain over something he has professionally diagnosed. I'm not asking for opioids, just hemorrhoids cream. I wish I could complain to him personally but talking to him is impossible, you are just passed around to a string of receptionists who have no clue what they're doing. If you love yourself and your body, I beg you, go elsewhere.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
