They use to be a great place, after the move next to Kroger and then either new management or a sale, they went wayyyyy down hill. Both myself and wife tried to use them but it was made clear we weren't welcome there and treat us horribly. The person behind the front desk had a major chip on her shoulder and was more interested in having a conversation with another person. Never going back.

Cut my thumb and went to this urgent care for stitches. All of the staff were very friendly and I was in and out in less than an hour. The Dr was very kind, knowledgeable, and fast. Highly recommend

This "doctors" office was AWFUL!! I never post reviews unless service was awesome, or horrendous. This was the latter. Every staff member was rude, crabby, and showed no empathy to my daughter. They all appeared to have a bad day, and took it out on their patients. I just can't believe they were real health care workers. Just shameful. If I could give negative stars I would. Avoid if you want to live!!

EVERYONE IS GREAT HERE!!!! Christina, NP is awesome along with Jessica, MA and Tanya are amazing. They all treated me with such professionalism, kindness and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this Urgent care to EVERYONE ‼️‼️‼️‼️

Stopped by for a Covid test and they wanted $100 for rapid or $85 for PCR. They claimed 'insurance doesn't cover rapid tests'... but it most certainly does (and why charge for PCR if you say that's all they cover?). Just trying to make a quick buck? Would at least have been better if they were friendly. With a first impression of being untrustworthy, I won't be going here as a patient.

The people working were kind and all but honestly if you’re reading this just… drive a little further to a better location. They desperately need some management in the office. The whole thing felt a little unprofessional and honestly I’m worried I am getting scammed by having gone there. Again, nice people but not a good option for your healthcare.

This place was truly a godsend immediately after the lower vibing negative energy I experienced at the CVS clinic on cincy-dayton.. Honestly though it was as-if my angels were guiding me away from hell (aka people who hate their job & anyone who walks in it) into a staff made from heaven!! Everyone here was so accommodating & literally turned my frown upside down💯
