Do not go to this rehabilitation center, you will be there for ever!! The doctors come in late! Your appointment could be at 9 you won’t leave out until 1. All they do is sit around and talk and wait for the doctors to get there. The front desk workers are there before the doctors are it’s so odd. I repeat don’t go to this establishment to get clean!

Brightview is amazin, the staff is wonderful and very hard workin, helpful and polite. If it wasn't for this program idk where I'd be at. It definitely saved my life.

The idea that Addiction Treatment is finally getting taken seriously is so important and relieving as a father and as a Recovering addict myself. I pray that every last one of us can finally get the help us Recovering Addicts need.

Everyone so far has been great the doctors nurses and counseling staff all take the time to make sure my needs are met and that I am okay and always offer an open door or a helping hand anytime I need..they treat patients each as individuals with respect and praise the good work we put forth in our recovery for someone like myself who has been in and out of the system since very young i can say these people are real and know what it’s like some didn’t just learn it from a book like most state run facilities they had actually have lived it just like me and that makes a big difference being able to be honest with them and myself.. so yes five stars and thankyou to the Lima Ohio Brightview family..

I can honestly say the staff here are caring about their patients and truly want to help people who deal with addictions. BrightView does its best to help everyone they can.

Very nice staff! They were quick to get me in the system and set up for services! I can’t attend in person counseling because it conflicts with my work schedule so they offered an alternate option of being a virtual patient! I’m happy I found a place that can be flexible and a place that cares about my recovery and mental health!
