This is a really nice office! Staff warm and make you feel comfortable. Explain everything well. Spent some time asking about lifestyle and gave me some great suggestions for follow up. I would recommend family and friends or anyone in need of help with footcare ❤💥

I wouldn't recommend Dr. Haycock to my worst enemy. We found out after months of struggling that the surgery he did on our child isn't even proven to be effective. Worst experience of my life! My son couldn't walk for 4 months and still doesn't walk the same as he did before.

The staff is super friendly but the doctor is not. His bedside manner is awful and he made my husband and I feel like awful parents.

Dr. Haycock was too slow to react to complications of my mother’s foot surgery. She has a chronic condition that was known pre-surgery and the care path did not mitigate for that condition in healing. His lack of response led to her being told she would lose toe, then half her foot, now her entire foot. She is also currently in-patient with infection and a high fever leading toward sepsis. Dr Haycock’s inability to stay on top of the post-surgical care plan despite the patient following all instructions diligently disqualified him for your future care.

Stopped by their office today to inquire about a possible appointment. Lady came to the door and locked it as I was waiting in parking lot. I was there during normal operating hours as posted on their door. I then called number posted on the door and a lady answered. I started the conversation with a chuckle and said "You locked the door on me." Her reply was "What do you want." I have never been treated so rudely on the phone as a potential client. I told her I would just take my business elsewhere. Most unprofessional experience I've had with a so called professional service. Always have had wonderful experiences with Dr.Haycock ! He is very friendly and actually listens to whats going on ! I has a total of 4 surgeries that he completed and had no issues since !

Dr. Haycock is without question one of the best podiatrist in Lima and the surrounding region. As an avid athlete in long distance running and mountain biking, I've seen Dr. Haycock on several occasions over the past decade for different injuries. He has quickly diagnosed my symptoms, set up a plan to recovery, and had me in tip-top shape within 4-8 weeks after my initial visit. He, and his staff, are an excellent choice to visit when dealing with any pains in your legs. Dr. Haycock is without question one of the best podiatrist in Lima and the surrounding region.
