Danica was very good at her job and showed us all the useful information. She was also very pleasant. She is a star employee 🙂

After coming home from hospital I called for set up of equipment. This was 9 pm and no one showed up. Called next day because they start new least daily even if they call and tell you they don't have tanks. When man did show up he took my 5 hour tank and left me with a 2 hour tank. He stold 3 hours of my time. Didn't leave me with at least 2 2 hour tanks. Just 2. I am 50 miles from their location of Westerville ohio. They really only service 20 mile radius of their location. To go out side of that would be last on list. No humanitarian work from an one there is about the money. If your reading this you really need to drop them and call your ins. To help you find someone else. I would not recommend these people at all. By the way. At the bottom of most of these post you will see someone that apologizing for this company and the way they do business. It's fake and not true

Very nice very helpful representatives. Both the gentleman that delivered the oxygen and the one who retrieved it were more than courteous. I was walked through every step of using oxygen until I was comfortable with how to do it. I would recommend Dasco quite easily to anyone who needs it.

They did actually deliver the CPAP I needed - but it was 3 months after it was ordered, the mask was the wrong size, there was absolutely NO follow up, it is difficult to get ahold of anyone, no one returns voicemails, overall, I do not recommend them.When I say there was no follow up, I mean that the CPAP just showed up in the mail one day out of no where (again, three months later) and they didn't call to see if I received it, if it was correct (it wasn't), give instructions to set it up, clean it/care for it, etc.Trying to contact them regarding sending the wrong size mask has gone no where, they don't return calls.It's been a couple months and I still haven't heard from them aside from a letter asking me to reply to them for insurance purposes. The letter refers to a return envelope which wasn't included and again they won't return phone calls. The letter threatens they will take the machine back if I don't reply but they won't return messages left. It is all very frustrating.UPDATE: I was contacted by the person who responded to this review, and they did have someone call me regarding the insurance problems and that was solved (sort of - they just blamed it on a new employee). I was also sent a new mask, however like the CPAP, it just showed up, no actual contact from the business regarding it.

We called Dasco late at night when we got home. They had to send Daniel from the Dayton branch to bring out the concentrated plus portable bottles. Set up everything and explained everything we needed to know about it.

My husband uses oxygen. He has a concentrator for our house, but needs the tanks for traveling. When he calls Dasco to get his tanks exchanged they say they will be here but then don't show up. This has happened a few times. The person on the phone is very rude, telling him they ran out of time and he should just use his concentrator. This means he can't leave the house! They might show up 3 or more days latter.

Negligent in supplying ordered necessary equipment for ventilator. No backup support when the one overworked employee in charge of ventilators, is gone on vacation or day off. VERY DISAPPOINTED and may be necessary for readmit to hospital for elevated CO2 levels that could have been managed at home with the correct working equipment.

We had our initial home set-up today. Our technician was very thorough and explained everything in a clear and concise manner, which we appreciate. He was polite and patient with any and all questions we had. Thank you.
