Dr neidhart and his team are extremely knowledgeable and really listen to my questions and concerns. Most of my family go to him and I would recommend him and his staff to anyone. He makes you feel comfortable and when my mother was having heart issues even tho her specialist was handling it he made sure to swing by several times and check in on her while she was in the hospital. Can’t say enough nice things! They do request payment at time of service but I’ve never been denied for not being able to pay, they allowed me to make small payments on my account and continue to be seen. Great practice! He might be a great family doctor-if you don't live in a Nursing Home. Our residents have been neglected by this physician over the past year. Staff have contacted the office with many concerns which take days to weeks to receive a reply. The office staff has been rude to nursing home staff when they ask for help. Office staff say "fax the information" after we already faxed it. We call to ask the Dr. if he will visit the resident when they have a severe problem and get no response.

The office help is rude. Every single time i call or go in there. I have insurance and they bill the hell out of them, and makes TONS of money off of me, just to deny me an appointment when i have a small balance that i forgot about and dont have money for until friday. I think the record time was a good 4 hours before i was even taken back to the room just to wait another hour before i was helped. I will be looking for a new family doctor. It should not be hard to have a quality healthcare.
