I was very discouraged with this visit. Dr. Niesen was over an hour late, and even though I was understanding about this, offered very little during my appointment which lasted 10 minutes because I had another appointment. Not to mention anything I got from her I could of received from the internet. So I am sadly disappointed when she was recommended to help me through the transition of menopause. ...

She recommended my niece to terminate pregnancy at 19 weeks, cause low fluid in sack..basically never wanted give her any other options, now at 30 weeks my great nephew was born and healthy thanks to ohio university in Columbus who admitted her at 20weeks and kept her fluids at save level

Dr. Niesen has been my Obgyn since 2010. She took time to answer my questions and concerns at every appointment. She is very knowledgeable, patient, and sometimes can be straight forward about taking care of my body and while I was pregnant. She delivered both of my kids in 2011 and 2015.... just in the nick of time.What I admire about Dr. Niesen is she is ethical and will go out of her way to ensure you and your baby is healthy and even if you are not pregnant nor plan to have children. She is consistent. So for the last 7 years, I've had nothing but positive experiences with Dr. Niesen. Give her a try, I doubt she'll let you down!

Dr. Niesen has handled routine matters and minor surgery, and I have always found her to be empathetic, well-informed, concerned, and to give great medical care. She is thorough and will answer all of your questions and spend as much time as you need. I am 65 and have had many OB/GYNs through the years, and she is my favorite. I have complete trust and confidence in her.
